Hilton Knoxville Airport

we loved the pool area. It was great for you her children with multi levels and the fun waterfall.

It seemed like the lobby area was very dark and dim for a newer hotel. The parking was far away. The young Starbucks girl closed before the time she told us and locked the door and wouldn’t let us in. I complained to the front desk and quickly remedied the situations c brought is a free pink drink I had promised my daughter all day with. There was an older lady in the restaurant that was grouchy. I would stay here again maybe they will read this to talk to their staff that they are in the hospitality business’s

The property is clean, well appointed, and right next to the airport. There rooms surround an atrium that has a bar and coffee shop that sells travel items. (The front desk will provide a toothbrush and toothpaste if necessary.) The rooms are large, well decorated, with a bed with side tables and charging units, a desk, a large tv, and a large armchair with ottoman, and art. There is an actual closet with a safe. There is a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bathroom is also spacious, very clean, and comes with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The windows all look in toward the atrium, which means also into the other rooms.

The staff is excellent. Steve greeted me as I entered the lobby with a warm smile and friendly voice. Marc at registration confirmed my reservation and explained the available amenities as though he had been waiting on me to finally arrive. The room was cool, clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was of adequate size. I was surprised how quite the room was being at the Airport. The elevators were fast and smooth.

The building is showing its age and could use some attention both inside and out.

The pool area was clean and welcoming. Hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was good but we did receive a milk that was out of date, that would have been our only complaint from the entire stay. Hotel was very clean in all areas and SO big! Exercise room was nice. Restaurant was pricey and we waited quite a long time for food.

We thought the restaurant was the bar from the pictures. Wanted to eat there because it was up in a separate area but wasn’t offered.

Being able to not have to worry about getting to the airport on time. The shuttle service made it so easy and convenient to not have to carry our luggage, and our driver knew exactly which gate we needed to arrive at and dropped us off at the nearest door.

The people staying next door to us could be heard very easily through the walls. Even though they were loud enough to be heard, it seemed like the walls were thin enough to let us hear them talking. Probably a testament to how loud these people were instead of any fault with the hotel itself.

It's very convenient if you're traveling thru their airport and need a place to stay. It's connected via a walkway. The restaurant was also good. They transitioned from breakfast to lunch while we were there. If it had been a normal "breakfast included" place, we probably would have missed eating, as we weren't in a hurry leaving that morning.

The rooms are very clean. Perfect place to stay if you are having a late or early flight from the Knoxville Airport. They have an indoor pool perfect for the kids to play.

A little pricey for a night and breakfast is not included in the rate. The small coffee shop needs more varieties of products like gluten-free or dairy free.

The staff is the greatest. Marco and Steve especially, but everyone there is a pleasant member of the team. There's something to be said about southern hospitality. The building itself was freshened up since my last visit with fresh paint and wallpaper in several areas.

Pool was great bonus. Ladies at Coopers breakfast buffet were very attentive.

I was over booked in this hotel/stay. But I saw blue tags saying otherwise. Arrived at midnight to a not helpful person behind the desk..Couldn't find my reservation. Luckily I had a family member staying in the same hotel. When I asked to have a cot put in that room he had the nerve to charge me $10. Why you guys couldn't have waived that is beyond me. He was not helpful, didn't point me in the direction of another hotel. Not that I could have got there anyways as I had no rental car. Was not treated like a valued customer.

Even though it was right beside the airport we never heard a plane land or take off unless we went outside. Staff was super friendly, especially the shuttle driver Terry.
