I chose the motel because of the reviews about how although the rooms were dated they were spotlessly clean. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door and the room had brand new carpet, paint, and furniture! And yes, the room was spotless! The Mountain View is located in a fairly quiet area and the hibachi restaurant across the street was delicious. I felt safe and slept like a log. Wish I had made the bed I messed up so you could have a better photo of the space.

The only change I would make is an outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer or iron.

It seemed a bit sketchy seeing majority of the vehicles there was all in state license plates and the office had a pretty rough smell but once we got to our room it was very well clean, tidy and didn’t have a smell.

From the outside looking in, you’d think ehhh not gonna happen but the room itself was simple, worth the money and cleaner than most high priced rooms I’ve stayed in.

Very clean. Good mattress. Large room, big closet. Dorm fridge, large flat screen TV. Everything worked properly. It's a quaint brick motel from mid century in good condition. Some new rooms are under construction next to the old building. I prefer staying in a clean old roadside motel if I can find one.

Some coffee in the office or room would have been nice. Everything else was good.
