The breakfast was good! And the times that breakfast is available are very reasonable! Also the pool is heated and very nice.

If you have to travel around the area you need to find another way to go than trying to turn left from Cusick Road onto 129. You will sit there for ever before you get out. Also trying to turn left from 129 onto Cusick road to get to the hotel is a nightmare. Re route your GPS to come into it on a different road.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, great amenities, heated pool/descently warm hot tub, and great location

Only thing that could have been better is the chemical balance in the pool/hot tub, could have used a cleaning and chemicals in the hot tub especially, hot tub could have been hotter

I like the housekeeping it was excellent the front desk agents were excellent the facility was excellent the location was excellent I liked everything about my stay it was wonderful

There was nothing not to like everything was great the breakfast was great I just enjoyed my stay

The room I was in this time had some flaws(things that could be fixed) rooms that I've stayed in before like when I was here last time they was in better condition plus more comfortable beds as well. But other than that it's been a good stay.

their shuttle bus was parked in the unloading/loading zone at the front the whole time, very inconvenience for the guests. when we checked out I asked front desk guy(Jason), he said that the owner wanted it parked there. he did moved when I asked him to, my mother in law is disabled and it was very with the bus parked there I think you need make your comfortable, not the owners. The hotels are open due to the guests thank you

I loved the size of the room. The front desk and housekeeping were helpful and great I loved the accessibility to restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

The hot tub and pool. Both need a fresh coat of paint. The hot tub heating system need to be checked.

The room was comfortable, the localization of the hotel, it was very close to the airport, very easy to get there, it was perfect beacuse 2 days ago I lost muy flight trying to get to the airport from Seiverville!

The breakfast was too basic: the juice machine was out of service when I wanted to take a glass of juice, after that I saw it was fixed with a tape! Very few options of breakfast, no one was there to help. It was 7 am in the morning, I presumed someone had to be there!

Very clean and comfortable with wonderfully comfortable beds. I have no brand loyalty to a hotel generally, but I will now tend to choose a comfort inn, all other things being equal.

I reserved this hotel on booking.com, and the room rate was $106. When I checked in, the rate was $110: I was told there was a “hotel fee”. Of course this does not make sense. So that was not awesome.

Super friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms. Accurate heat and AC, which is very important to my sleep. Nice selection and plenty of pillows. Larger room with sitting area between beds and shower so I could shower in the morning without waking my husband. Husband heard some plane noise but it was not disruptive to sleep.

Some isolated minor wear such as doorknob having been smacked into wall by irresponsible guests, which had been repaired. Otherwise looks pretty new.

I always love coming to this location the staff is awesome always very helpful. They have a great breakfast. Also I like that they have a washer& dryer available. The location is also a plus for me very convenient for me and my family.
