Location was great,staff was great,room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent.

Booking.com could have been better. I arrived for check-in unable to connect to my confirmation number.Yet,here I am,posting a review at their request. Luckily the wonderful young lady at the front desk found me a suitable room without any hassle. I'm leaving thus review for the sake of the hote,NOT Booking.com. Do better

The location was excellent. My flight was too early to attend breakfast. The wake up service was perfect, and the shuttle service to the airport was great, as the friendly driver was already waiting at 5:00 am for passenger pick up. Using this airport in the future, I would surely choose Hampton Inn for my next vist.

I loved the hotel. The little details such as free toothpaste razors shaving cream etc. was in unexpected treat. Free eater coffee and cookies were a life saver

Overall, the breakfast is subpar,(especially the eggs) but did give us the fuel we needed to start the day.

. Check in was smooth and staff very friendly. She offered complimentary bottled water which was a huge plus for me. Offered complimentary shuttle to airport which was only a few minutes away. Another huge plus. The shuttle was on time and saved us from having to get a taxi or Uber. Complimentary breakfast was just right. Yes, another huge plus. Will definitely stay again if we have a need to stay near airport

The location was good for us as we wanted to be out of town and close to the mountains to go exploring the smokies

Being ignored by young female staff member when we checked out as she was busy texting and didn't have the personality to be on reception unlike the lady who checked us in and was wonderful

On the main drag and within walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows. The shower had a small step over and the flooring was not slick at all. perfect shower!

The property is looking a little aged. it needs some modern floor coverings. Not carpeting as it holds odors, good and bad ones. Use some off while paint to brighten the walls up.

It was very nice clean and the desk lady was real nice ask if she could help in any way just where we needed to be right at the airport yes I would stay there again for sure

Desk and staff pro and friendly. Room clean and well supplied. Parking safe and plentiful. Breakfast, good variety and well prepared. Airport shuttle very nice and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

The location and breakfast was great! We were there for a travel ball tournament so if was very convenient to the park and stores.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. The living quarters has been updated but the bath has not but it was still ok. Large room. I would stay here again.

Location is ok but the property is located off a very busy highway with no controlled intersection. You take your life in your hands crossing to the other side. Breakfast has plenty of options but serving and dining area are tight. With social distancing, hard to find places to sit during busy mornings.
