Best Western Knoxville Airport / Alcoa, TN

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was great! I was able to get picked up from the shuttle to and from the airport for free. It was near ALOT of restaurants.

The only thing that wasn’t normal was the light in the bathroom was flickering when we turned it on be my boyfriend and I started joking that we were getting exorcised. It was a hilarious joke for our 7 day stay. Never got old 🤣🤣. Besides that they were amazing. Especially Kay she was amazing help with check in!

The property is located super close to the airport, open late fast food places as well as sit down restaurants. Very Clean location, friendly staff, very accommodating. Room was clean, spacious, and warm when we got there. They do have vending machines, ice, the pool was open(although we didnt have time to find out if it was heated), and a few small items behind the desk for purchase, the evening desk clerk and morning desk clerk were super helpful.

The continental breakfast items were ok, typical items, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, etc.. however the coffee was awful, we added creamer and sugar, took a sip and it tasted like hot cocoa not coffee. Otherwise, the place is great, would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfy with plenty of room. Staff was excellent.

There were a lot of construction workers who were staying there and would hang out in the hallway on there phones. They also parked their huge box trucks in the spots closest to the entrance. Those spots should be reserved for families and those only staying a short time. Questionable people hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot, which is illegal. 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel. Had to wait for the workers to do garbage bags full of laundry. They were also loud inside their rooms.

The free tram that was available to and from the airport all three days we had to stay was always available for us right away. We had to stay at the Best Western Alcoa because of flight delays and eventual cancellations. All of the staff we met at the BW were kind and sympathetic to our nightmare the last 4 days of our vacation - still can't bring myself to look at the pictures, PTSD from it all I'm sure of it.

The coffee was a bit rough but anything free works for me so thanks for just having it available.

It is very close to the airport, which is why we booked it. Pros: breakfast included (it's a cold breakfast, but good for the price we paid for the room. Included, bagels, muffins, toast, pancakes, coffee, yogurt, juice, cereal). The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have an indoor pool. We didn't use it, but we saw many families with children enjoying it. They also have an airport shuttle, but we didn't use this either, however a quick 3 minute drive to the airport.

Cons: really the main con was the light in the bathroom would flicker for 20 seconds before turning on (a bit horror movie-ish) and then make a terrible sound while on, but since it was only when the light was on, it wasn't too bad. Overall a good stay with nice staff and very reasonably priced. No real complaints. would recommend

Staff excellent. Breakfast is sugar, sugar, sugar so if you are a protein person for breakfast, this isn’t the place for you. Wish they had an out seating area. My flt arrived late but they picked me up after 11 pm anyway - very grateful. All staff excellent. Clean just need outdoor picnic area or place to sit outdoors and a breakfast sandwich Vice muffins.

Breakfast options were poor

I needed a place close to the airport because of early and late flights. This fit the bill quite well. The bed was comfortable, and the room was large.

The wifi cut out once or twice. Knoxville isn't too far away, but I'd prefer being more central if I visited again.

I liked the pool, n the room was very nice n very clean😊I like the fact that there was a lil fridge n a microwave in the room, n the couch to sit on other then just the bed was nice to.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Maybe could have more snack choices. Like maybe some microwavable choices like hot pockets or something. Lol I am up late when my kids n hubby goes to bed n I am a late night snacker n so not very many places open that time of night, but with or without the microwavable snacks would definantly stay there again. It was a nice hotel😊

They were very accommodating and helpful. I liked how close we were to the pigeon forge area. There were beautiful roads to get there also.

Housekeeping walked in on my sleeping wife the morning of checkout before time for us to leave and the do not disturb sign was hanging.

Very close to food and shopping and the Tennessee truck driving school where my husband was going to school.

Very good for the money and the room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff is amazing so helpful, not to mention the omelets you get at the free breakfast are very good.
