Tru By Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport, Tn

Great location, just down the highway from the airport and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful hotel. So clean, with the most up to date furnishings and amenities. Comfortable king bed, huge television. I love the convenience center assortment of snacks and drinks. I didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the free breakfast but if it is anything like the rest of the hotel, it would be fantastic. So reasonably priced. I cannot find enough good things to say about the hotel and my stay. Will definitely stay there again!

Very clean and modern looking. Lobby, rooms and coffee stand were excellent. Our first visit to one of Hilton's Tru brand hotels and we thought the price was reasonable.

If you driving, versus an airport shuttle, you will be very frustrated with getting in and out of this dead end location. Traffic is bad much of the day, making it hard to cross. We figured out a way on nearby side roads Cusick and N. Wright to eliminate some of the issues. However, for that reason alone we will not be staying at this particular location again. Breakfast area and food options were nice, but some of the items weren't fresh (e.g. English muffins) or hot (covered scrambled eggs). The promoted 55 inch televisions in the room had a very poor picture.

The facility is basically right across the street from the airport, with Early morning shuttle service that took about 5 minutes to get to the terminal. Rooms were comfortable and clean and check in was a breeze. Also 24 hour quality coffee in the reception area. They have a pool table in the reception area which we did not Take advantage of this trip. We had to check out too early to take advantage of breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be very nice.

Lots of outlets, the shower soap and lotion. Beds comfortable

Not having microwave in room, heard upstairs guests stomping every night, cable TV set up is not ideal: hard to see with a constantly scrolling guide; also, considering this hotel seems to cater to tech savvy clientele, was surprised there was no option to access Netflix or any other streaming service

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The rooms are always extremely clean. The beds are so inviting and comfy. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There is one employee I met on our first trip and she remembered details about our first conversation which made us feel that we were more than just a customer. She also made sure to give us a room on the back side of the hotel which has a distant Mountain View! We will definitely be staying here again!!

The fitness center, the 24 hour coffee, pool table, etc, the decor. All great.

The TV stopped working at one point and was out for a couple days. BUT, the staff didn't give up and wait for the repairman, they rebooted the system and fixed it! Resourceful!

Ms. Austin she was wonderful. If I come back and fly into Knoxville I’ll definitely be back. Loved how nice and clean everything was. Definitely a very nice hotel near the airport. Easy shuttle service to and from also came in handy. Also loved the fact they had a variety of snacks and drinks in the lobby to purchase so you didn’t have to leave to go to the store.

Very nice staff. Very very clean and comfortable room. Fitness area was good and also quite clean.

Breakfast was not a strong suit. Coffee was really harsh and the food quality was bad. I don't have high expectations for that kind of breakfast but at least the coffee and some fruit should be okay.

The first day the breakfast was good, bacon and scramble eggs. The second day wasn't. The sausage was like eating sandpaper and the omelet was hard on the ends. The pancake maker was great.

Better breakfast options. I was surprised there wasn't a waffle maker.

The workers make or break a hotel, in this case they make the hotel from the minute you check in to the continental breakfast. The workers were polite and took the time so we could find good local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were very modern with plenty of built in usb charging and excellent wifi
