Tru By Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place, Tn

Nice building and relatively clean throughout. (See below). Room was comfy and up to date. Actually loved the updated shower. Liked having a pool table in common area for people to enjoy.. the location was good for us being minutes from where we wanted to go in any direction and close to the highway..

4th floor hall had small pieces of paper along the walkway and trash cans overflowing outside. Given we did check in late and it was cleaned by the the time we departed. Once in the room we had a coffee creamer tucked n the sheets at the side of the bed.. not much but how did that get there.. lol. Final thing is cut the bushes back at the exit they block the street view when in a lower vehicle, suv or truck would b fine but had to pull to the edge of the road to exit..

The staff was thorough and cheerful. The room was mostly clean and in good shape. Perfect amount of space for one or two people. Very cozy.

Definitely less working space (surfaces, hanging space) than higher-end Hilton brands, but it's plenty for 1-2 people or overnight stays. The mini fridge was definitely mini, and there's no microwave if that's important to you. Breakfast was good quality, but the variety of choices seemed underwhelming.

Location in the hotel was good. easy access to interstate

1st morning when I came down for breakfast the eggs were cold; however someone did replace with warm eggs as I was leaving. Second morning I came down and the two of juice selections were out, and again after I told hostess they replaced the cartridges.

Nice new building maybe only 2 years old. Had a King room which was a little on the 'tight' side but more than enough for our one night stay. We were told that this hotel was not designed to have dressers ( which there were none ) but it did have plenty of large hooks everywhere and very useful. TV worked better than most places we have stayed. Breakfast was great !!! Staff was also great !!!

I would have loved a FIRM pillow. Will have to bring my own next time.

Everything. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Any issues the staff handled quickly, efficiently, and politely. There were not many issues at all except one person smoking up the whole floor. They handled it fast, put out fans to fix the air, started locating who did it, and even apologized to everyone. They were actually aware of the situation before most customers were. They took the initiative to handle the situation swiftly.

.We really enjoyed our stay at the TRU Hotel. Very nice staff very friendly and helpful. The staff made the trip for us because everyone was so friendly

The hotel is next to a red roof inn and there was cop outside of red roof inn. The Tru and Red Roof share a parking lot :( nothing against the Tru it thats what i didnt like pulling in seeing police lights and what appeared to be some type of dispute. Now on the other side of coin did appreciate knowing Chattanooga Police will show up and they had everything under control.

it was very nice, the parking lot was easy to get into and navigate. the lobby was nicely laid out and very clean, and modern looking. the hallways were well lit making it feel safer. The doors leading to outside were all by key entrance except for the lobby which was wonderful to enhance the feeling of safety. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

the room had only a shower and not a tub, but it was okay.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was especially pleased with breakfast. There was a gentlemen that did really awesome at keeping up with the busy weekend breakfast crowd! When things ran out, he was quick to restock it. I didn’t catch his name, but he was ‘alternative’ looking with tattoos and I think stretched ears.

This was byfar the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and I travel a lot. On arrival I went to the front desk and was greeted very professionally and immediately. First thing I noticed was how clean the outside was and how well the grounds are kept. Then I noticed how nice and clean the inside lobby was. Didn’t have a strong smell of cleaning products but did have a smell good smell to it. I was checked in very quickly and was offered drinks and snacks from the snack bar and was told about the complimentary breakfast. When I got to the room it was very very clean and smelled very good. We had a problem with the television not exiting the guide to watch a show. Called front desk and immediately had help to fix our television. We needed extra towels for showers and when I called the front desk I was treated very well and respectful and I had my towels within 5 minutes. This is a great hotel and I will definitely stay here again

Clean bedroom, lots of USB chargers for our phones

Shower wasn’t as clean, mildew on the bottom of the shower glass door, seal of the shower door damaged letting water leak on the floor, bottom corners of the shower had some mildew buildup, definitely could get clean better, overall the bathroom wasn’t disgusting but they can clean the shower better and make sure it’s not letting water leak on the floors
