Staybridge Suites Chattanooga-Hamilton Place, an IHG Hotel

The laundry room provided free services. I was there for football. Had to wash my sons uniform and it was free of charge. The front desk man Mr. Willie has great customer service!!!! I wasn’t getting in until late. He greeted me when I finally arrived everything was already taken care of. Anything I needed he supplied me with with a smile. He remembered my name the entire stay!!!!! The room I had was really big! It was cold in the room but I sleep great.

The parking is very limited! The parking lot is shared with another property. I lucked up with parking.

Loved the suite option and dog friendly! it was nice it give the kids an option to have their own “room” from the parents. And being able to bring our dog was a plus! Staff was great and super helpful. Breakfast was good. Games in the lobby with lots of reading options available about the area- as we were newbies to Chattanooga.

Nothing really! price is more than some, less than others, and comparable to most. Would have loved to be closer to “the attractions” of Chattanooga, but a 10-20 minute drive wasn’t horrible. I wish for a larger grass spot for the dogs. Many people still not cleaning up after their animals makes it gross, but that’s not on the hotel to do.

The room was spectacular. Very roomy and the kitchenette had everything anyone would need (minutes a large trash can). Both bathrooms were well maintained. The staff was extremely nice and thoughtful. Several restaurants were in walking distance. Overall, it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Parking was not ideal, but that was only because it was a popular hotel with many guests. The room could really use a larger trash can in the kitchenette area. It was a bit far from the main attractions of Chattanooga (20 to 30 minute drive).

This hotel shares a parking lot with a not-so-desirable looking hotel. Throughout my stay, there were police cars and even an ambulance one night. However, this isn’t Staybridge’s fault, and I definitely plan on coming back to this location when I travel because I had a fine experience and can’t blame the hotel for its neighbor.

One of the nicest places we ever stayed. The queen bed suite was huge. A king bed. 2 queen beds. Dinette area. 2 bathrooms. seating area with sleeper sofa. Very clean. Comfortable beds & pillows. Full breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff. Great location. Pet Friendly! 6 floors with elevator. With the high prices of this day, it was cheaper than getting 2 rooms for our group! There are several hotels & businesses together so the parking lot is huge. We arrived around 1:00 am & had to park in middle of parking lot. I would not recommend a lady being out by herself after dark but nothing to do with this hotel! We will definitely stay here again!

It was great! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was super friendly & helpful. When they said breakfast included, I assumed it was a standard breakfast…cereal, oatmeal, waffles & muffins like most hotels. Nope. They had a much bigger variety. A buffet type breakfast. The fitness center is larger than most hotels too! Lots of restaurants around too!

The pool is a little small, no hot tub. Traffic does get bad at certain times. Other than that, there really isn’t any negatives.

When we got in we had been traveling for a long time and we were all tired and hungry. The staff were just about to shut down a nacho bar that they had had out for guests but they came over and offered to let us get food before they cleaned it up. it was really awesome of them and so appreciated! The rooms were clean and very nice and the breakfast in the morning was great as well, lots of variety. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was wonderful! Staff were so sweet. we enjoyed appetizers at the social, complimentary breakfast, 24 hour coffee, swam in the indoor pool. Our room was a double bed suite and it was immaculate and squeaky clean and stylish. it came with a stocked kitchen, extra big couch, 2 tv’s. once again, IGH put Hilton to shame.

our only issues were that the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night, and one of the tv remotes had dead batteries.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They asked if we had plans in the area and gave tips for visiting the local attractions. The breakfast staff was also very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Everything was offered at breakfast buffet so we did not have to ask for anything. There was a variety of food options for our small picky eaters as well. I appreciated having a shelf full of pool towels to use instead of having to go to the front desk to ask, like most hotels. Easy booking process with booking.com. we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. We stayed in a one bedroom room (upgraded on arrival) and it was a bonus. However, the room was outdated. The carpets were old and the AC was noisy. But, on the plus side, the breakfast was awesome. They refilled some of the foods past 9:20 am, which some places don't care to do. Good customer service overall.
