Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

It was a beautiful place, conveniently located next to our grandmothers assisted living facility. It’s definitely one of the safer places to stay in the area! The staff was fantastic. Very accommodating!

We have never stayed at a hotel where breakfast wasn’t free. So that would be our only complaint and I’m not sure if one of the girls I asked were incorrect however, she said none of it was free, not even the dry bar of muffins, etc. We feel like if we’re paying $420 for basically a two day stay all breakfast should be free. Hot cold, or dry goods.

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and good location for our trip - would definitely stay at this location again. **Don’t travel that often where I stay in hotels so I was was surprised about the incidentals charge even though I understand the reason. Maybe I missed the fine print when I was booking but as a senior I would have appreciated it if the staff had actually explained what it was instead of me just seeing it and “red” on my check in papers. When I asked why the increase in price the staff member explained the temporary charge. All ended well with charges being exactly as expected . In the future, would book direct with hotel and not use a 3rd party site.

Looked out window to front roof top which was littered with chicken bones. Did not report at time of our visit thinking it was probably a single incident but management staff may want to take a look once in a while. Otherwise clean property.

The hotel is close to the highway, dining and shopping but it is not noisy. The breakfast and dinner were great, including the cook and serving team. The front desk team in the morning and evening were very social and helpful with information. We love the comfort of the bed and the shower had good water pressure.

We had no complaints except the refrigerator does not get cold. It is hard to tell that it is on. We didn’t understand the bed facing the window when the view is the next hotel.

The staff was top notch! We really loved the food and drink selections at the hotel! The bar and restaurant staff were Amazing and super friendly! The overall performance by all of the staff that we encountered was Superb! We felt at home and welcomed which is not typical of a stay in a hotel. Thank you all for your hospitality!

We liked everything!

Enjoyed the facilities, staff and location has great restaurants for the much needed respit after a long day of travel. We needed nice upscale place to just enjoy the room, relax and rest. So glad we did not choose to stay in the scary Historic and Downtown Chattanooga area.

Chattanooga was a disappointment as it appears to be not safe...especially at night. Didn't like preferring to stay in our location...but sure glad we could.

the staff was amazing and accommodating for the late check in we had. beautiful hotel inside. right off the highway so it was easy to wake up and just get right back on the road.

i did not like that there was no fence around the property, so the security and staff had to constantly remove the homeless from the parking lot. going to my vehicle at night was sketchy, but security and night staff handled everything very professional.

room was nice, fresh smell and clean. Breakfast was good (price not included, booking was wrong about saying meal included in the price).

Staff at check-in was not in a welcoming mood. when I asked if breakfast was included in the price since Booking was showing ‘it was’ her answer was a bit rude. The morning staff at breakfast space and at the counter was cool though. Also the walls were thin I could hear noises from upstairs all night.

It was upscale and clean. Some construction happening on upper floors meant the elevators had some dust in them but overall the facility was bright, modern and clean. Breakfast was on point, custom made, cooked and delicious. a wide variety of options.

The location seems to have a number of vagrants milling around outside. The EV charging is not included in the room price and only one spot can charge a Tesla: the other has an incompatible plug that doesn’t work with the Tesla J1772 adapter.

It was a great location very convenient to family restaurants such as Ocharleys along with Texas Roadhouse, Fazolis and many fast food ones as well. We were able to reach the Tn Aquarium, Lookout Mountain, and Ruby Falls within about a 20 minute drive. Academy Sports and shopping was within about 5 minutes from the hotel also. The Hotel mentions covid precautions and was very good about having sanitizer and wipes readily available. We also had the option of 2 elevators and so we didn’t have to share our ride up or down with anyone. It was just a great place all around. Almost forgot to mention the indoor heated pool. It was extremely clean and along with covid precautions we pretty much had it all to ourselves.

I inspected the hotel room upon arrival mainly because I worry and have heard too many horror stories from others, but the only thing I found that I didn’t particularly care for was hair from housekeeping on our bed comforter. I feel like they should roll the beds with lint rollers after making them to avoid this. I also found the door in our room leading to the bathroom needing to be wiped down from dust and buildup in the grooves cut out on the door panels.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the large walk-in shower. The hotel was close to so many yummy restaurants. Loved taking the backroads to get downtown in no time at all.

Through no fault of the Hotel was unable to use the outdoor fireplace due to ball teams in house that were using this area for their pizza party dinner and hangout.
