Young lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful!! Room was fantastic and well-appointed overall--bedding was GREAT!! Ladies working the breakfast area were very sweet, efficient and hardworking. Loved the hotel!

A hook or additional surface near shower for towel would be helpful. TV operation was not the easiest so didn't use. There were constantly two clicks near/at the door every little while. Security? A breakfast meat option would be great.

Our room was not too small even for the studio king. Our bed was insanely comfortable and the room stayed cool. The bathroom was gorgeous with a great shower. Lots of storage and areas to keep items and a kitchenette.

The breakfast was not great. There were not many options and the cook wasn't very friendly. The food wasn't great but did the job. They did have a bar and snack counter that made up for it but it cost extra.

It’s always a little nerve wracking these days making reservations. You pour through the reviews of others and hope for the best. The reviews for Element Chattanooga were excellent and we were NOT disappointed! Checking in and out was fast and efficient. Only stayed one night, but everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room (and I’m picky) was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We took a group of 13 children ranging in age from 3-16 to stay for a week. This was the perfect hotel choice! The staff was very accommodating and even participated in our scavenger hunt by holding clues for the kids (Thanks Chris). I don't think I have ever been in a cleaner hotel and I only stay with Marriott. Kudos to you Element! We will definitely use this hotel again next year.

Raymond at the front desk was amazing such a kind and knowledgeable gentlemen. He checked us in quickly answered all our questions and made us feel at home right away This hotel is beautiful clean amazing beds sound proof rooms highly recommend....breakfast was cooked to order say what and included in your stay Fresh cucumber water coffee always hot just cant say enough good things

The reviews I read prior to booking all mentioned the breakfast favorably. It was an understatement if anything. Get down early or you might eat standing up! But, you will eat.

I can’t think of a thing. Exceptionally clean. The staff all were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Once again breakfast was great!

we would have liked to have it ready at 6am.. but they had plenty for us to select from before we had to leave at 630am

the card I used to hold the reservatiom still has a hold for the total on it even though we used another card to pay for the stay at the Hotel so currently there are 2 charges at this time

This hotel was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in! It blew us away and how clean and spacious it was! The price was better than expected for this hotel room. The kids enjoyed the games in the lobby and the complimentary hot chocolate. We will definitely stay here again!

It was in a good location right off of I75. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful as well as the complimentary breakfast.

The lotion in the bathroom was an empty bottle and the toilet tissue was very thin and cheap. I guess I just expect a little better from a Marriott.

Hotel is new and clean. Everything looked bright and cheerful. Check in simple and easy. Breakfast was great and have a grill for eggs made right there.

Pillows are soft but that is a personal preference not a hotel issue. Everything else was excellent.
