Jefferson Inn Dandridge

The hotel was a good place to stay, clean, comfortable, nice staff and budget friendly. Great area, close to our family in town and restaurants. The lake was not far and beautiful. I would stay again.

I wouldnt say i didnt like it exactly but the carpet in the halls was kinda 70's, 80's retro and there wasn't any elevators. Fine for us cause we had small carry bags but someone with larger bags have to go up a flight of stairs to the second floor will be a challenge.

I have been staying at the Jefferson in annually for years. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast, oatmeal and Cheerios, they use to have waffle maker, eggs, pastry and the cereal, other than that the stay was excellent. If they do not improve on breakfast, stop advertising it and lower the price abit.

The price was great. And what I would expect for this price. It was pretty clean. Only thing I noticed is a couple stains on the bedding that was kinda iffy and the table had a spot on it that didn't get cleaned.

They said they had a continental breakfast included. They literally had milk and two types of cereal. For drinks they had coffee, orange juice and apple juice. they had a toaster and no bread or anything. That is not what I consider a continental breakfast. But otherwise our stay was pleasant.

Very quiet and clean. Very comfortable bed. Shoney's across the street and Waffle House a 40-second drive away.

Breakfast was Cheerios or Fruit Loops - which was fine considering their breakfast was detailed accordingly in the property description. The thing that really made me shake my head was the coffee situation. Milk; no cream. And I had no idea that styrofoam coffee cups could be made so tiny! But hey... that was really the only things I could say derogatory about this property. Nothing bad at all really.

This motel, close to the interstate and situated picturesquely on a hill, offers rooms that are spacious, clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and quiet. Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains are half an hour away, a few restaurants are within walking distance. Motel is ideal for an overnight stay.

The continental breakfast spread consisted of two cereals, milk and orange drink (not juice), which is the absolute minimum as these things go. The serving area, though, was quite clean.

There was not any real breakfast offered. Just two cereals, juice, and coffee. The juice machine was broken. The laundry needs to find a fabric softner and use it. The linens and towels were rough on the skin. I wouldn't use the towels or wash cloths if I had very young children. There does need to be better lighting in the rear of the building. But the room and grounds were clean. I would definitely stay again.

Almost everything was wonderful, except for breakfast.

Please, please, PLEASE stop saying you have breakfast. Choices were cold, sugary cereal, or oatmeal. These only qualify as breakfast if you are under 12 or over 70. Not a piece of fruit, a cup of yogurt, or even a stale pastry. Coffee gone before breakfast ended.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

There was supposed to be a contendential breakfast, but instead there was only cold cereal and coffee. Juice was terrible. Last place we stayed at Comfort inn for the same price included waffles, sausage/biscuit sandwich, toast, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereal and pastery. Big difference between the two.

the propery and the room were both very quiet, even though it's located fairly close to the interstate. i travel with my own comforter, and the maids used it to make the bed every day. everything in the room was very clean and in good order.

Minor plumbing issues in the bathroom. i put a washcloth in the tub to quiet the dripping tub faucet, and the handle for the sink was broken, but still useable. a guest decided to steal my extended towing mirror one night. it didn't make me too upset, since they're available at almost every auto parts store for about $40.

Cant say enough good things about this place, great customer service, nice, neat clean rooms, comfortable beds, everything worked as it should, I stay here a few times a year and it's always a nice stay, very nice room at an affordable price.
