Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent lighting. Good internet speeds.

When I called for a reservation, I had been informed that there was a special rate for the Highlander Homecoming. The person I spoke to hadn't heard of it. When I called back later, they still said they didn't know about it. This cost me quite a bit extra.

Great location very easy to get to from the interstate. Nice large comfortable, clean room. Perfect for our family. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with lots of selections.

We would have liked to use the hot tub after driving all day, it was unfortunately out of service and looked as though it had been for quite some time.

The only thing I didnt care for was the breakfast. Other than clean, spacious room, and friendly staff all, except 1 night shift guy, at check out, during the week was rude to guests son about getting a bottled water. On the upside the gentleman, whose name I dont remember, was awesome. I was staying to be able to find housing, and he gave me lots of help! I really appreciated that.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Front desk ladies were excellent. Room was good - Would stay there again.

Bathroom door was in bad shape- looked like water damage. Toilet ran and ran. Window needed cleaning on outside- could not really see out…

great coffee in lobby all hours. huge room. quiet. close to my venue. remodel is looking good, still working on it

weird smell in hallway but I think due to remodel work. not nasty, just weird. maybe glue from work

The room had plenty of space. It had nice furniture and decor. The room had a good sized closet for extra storage. The lady the was working the front desk was very nice and helpful.

There was a bit of a musty smell when we first went into the room but it went away quickly when we turned on the air conditioning.

Came back because we had a real good experience the first time staff was very nice.

The air was acting up some but we made do. However had issue with the fold out couch it needed some work or something

The breakfast was awesome! Hotel was quiet and staff was very friendly. In a convenient location. Had a little hiccup during our stay, but the hotel was quick to resolve the issue.

Beds were too soft, but we are used to super firm mattresses.

Breakfast was excellent.

Sink in bathroom was slow in draining. Reported it to front desk on checkout.
