Location was great for us. We had tournaments at the convention. It was maybe 4 minutes away. Beds were comfortable. I liked the fact the 2 queen beds were separated by the bathroom. Didn't swim, but pool looked clean and clear. On the strip, but didn't feel it was too loud. Staff were nice. I feel the price was fair.

Some parts of the room were outdated. Paint missing, floors a little messed up. The shower was stained. There were raccoons out back. Which were neat to encounter. But you couldn't sit outside and enjoy the outdoors without 5-10 coming up to you looking for food. Some were a little hostile. I would be careful with small children. The beds were comfortable but there were burn holes in the blanket we used. As if a cigarette smoker had used them before and burnt them. The room when we first walked in did smell slightly of smoke. I'm not sure if it was a previous smoker there or coming from another room.

The Staff was great and very friendly and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We loved how they have separate bedrooms in one room. They didn’t have maid service come in to the rooms but that was alright with us because we like to keep our room the way we want while we are there, but the maids were very good at coming to our room every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. They have a grab and go breakfast which we were fine with because we had our own breakfast in our room or we went out to breakfast, but their apple juice, OJ and coffee is pretty delicious.It was our first time at this hotel and it was a great experience and we are definitely going to stay here again on our next trip.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like it was a great place to stay.

it was quiet and peaceful. the staff was very friendly, we checked in super late arriving after midnight and called ahead of time to let them know. I was later than I originally told them due to traffic and they never once complained, the gentlemen was super nice and polite. We spoke to the maintenance man a couple times from our balcony as he was working on something and feeding the stray cat and he was a super nice man too! rooms were clean, not perfect (such as outlet sockets were worn out hard to get anything to stay plugged up) but the beds were comfy, balcony was nice, bathroom was clean and we were provided fresh towels both days and trash changed in room while we were out and about. I am very happy with our affordable and great stay here and we will be back!

no hot breakfast, but they did provide juices and bags of muffins which was good enough for my child so I’m not complaining. I know things have changed since Covid.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Perfect location.

The girl at the reception. She was either on her cellphone or asleep (literally) behind the desk. Not a smile nor a greeting. Housekeeping staff on the other hand were super friendly. Booked a room with breakfast. There was literally no breakfast what so ever. There’s a microwave at the reception. Just nothing to heat. The excuse I got was covid. But they’re the only hotel still using covid as an excuse to charge for breakfast but not serving it.

The room was amazing we stayed in the king suite it was very spacious and the sitting area was a great touch. The bed was comfortable. Because of the room we were in there was no view of the river or balcony which was fine with us. The lady who checked us in and out was very polite.

After being out in town for a bit we requested towels and washcloths from the not so polite lady behind the counter who gave me 2 towels and said she would send up the washcloths, we never got them. The room could have definitely used a small shelf or towel rack in the bathroom.

The pool was well taken care of and clean. Our room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the great rates as well.

The carpet on the floor is so thick that the outside door will not shut unless you forcefully pull the door shut. We stayed in room 308. This wouldn't have been an issue, but one of the members of our party didn't realize the door wouldn't just shut behind him and our room door was wide open while another family member was asleep in the second bedroom. Yes, he should have made sure the door was secure-not taking away from that. It just was not an easy door to close which having a special needs child who is a runner, this could have been a worse issue.

Love the room never stayed in one that was set up as if it were 2 rooms. Normally, we travel with another couple and usually get 2 rooms. That way, they could have their own room. I'm not sure if all queen bedrooms are set up that way, but if so, great for 2 couples.

Online says continental breakfast expected a little more, maybe like fruit and cereal, Danish, instead mini muffins, coffee, and juice.

I adored this location. it was so deceptive. I thought I was booking a low cost hotel for a quick stop over. Instead I got an adorable hotel with a balcony with a view of a creek and trees. I got a tub with jacuzzi jets.

The only issues I had were the staff were less than nice, there was no breakfast as listed, and the beds were definitely not queens. Two adults could not fit in one. They also shook like they were roll away beds. And no hotel EVER give enough towels. why ask how many people are staying in the room if you aren’t going to leave enough towels for them.

Loved the layout of the room. The whirlpool tub was nice after a day of sight seeing,and the maid service was great. The sitting room with the rockers was a nice touch.

It was a bit noisy with the traffic being close, and the grab And go breakfast was non existent

I loved the view of the river. The bed was comfortable & room was clean. Grounds felt safe and was convenient to surrounding attractions. Location was easy on/off main hwy. Lia, front desk staff was friendly & helpful.

The only one minor issue was the two mismatched dirty plastic outdoor chairs on the balcony. They need to be replaced. They are cheap dirty plastic, but I would stay here again. Parking lot was well lit & felt safe.
