it was a great location with free parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff made it difficult for us to have our included breakfast which we had pre purchased. on the second morning the choice was very limited.

perfect vacation stay, not a far walk from tons of things to do, oddly smelled GREAT when you walk in the door it just SMELT clean, also the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided by the hotel in the shower made my hair feel GREAT it wasn’t anything cheap in little bottles like typical hotels I would definitely stay here again.

the hot tub was not very hot and jets wouldn’t work for us which no big deal, also the pool is indoor only not outdoor but that’s great if it’s a chilly day.

Should inform guest before booking details about breakfast. 1 hot item or 2 cold items per room with a family of 5 is not what I call free breakfast included. Cost 38 dollars for breakfast when was advertised as included in stay. Indoor pool, too cold to enjoy. Hot tub nice temperature but filled with bugs.

Front desk people were friendly and room was clean and spacious.

We signed up to only have our room cleaned upon our departure, but I wish they would have had a daily towel service as we had to visit guest services each time we needed new towels. Also, we would put our dirty towels and trash by our door and it was not always emptied that day and towels were left in the hallway. Sometimes it sat in the hallway for a couple of days before it was picked up. Hide-a-bed mattress was a bit thin, even my 8-year-old had a hard time sleeping on it. I overheard the housekeepers talking in the hallway about being short-staffed and not knowing exactly how to order supplies or get everything cleaned in a day, maybe a conversation that should not have occurred in front of guests.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I did not like the customer service at the restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. We did not let that experience ruin our stay, so we chose to eat at the restaurant next door for breakfast instead. The food at the Pancake House was delicious!

I brought a breakfast package thinking it was a continental breakfast, but it actually was a small restaurant that serves breakfast. The package was for 2 adults, 2 children only. Had to pay out of pocket for additional breakfast for family members.

we loved how clean the facilities were and how friendly the staff was. they went above and beyond when asked anything. we loved the bar downstairs and the food and service were both excellent. we also loved that it was close to the strip, only a few minutes to walk. the rooms were lovely, the shower was excellent. almost nothing bad to say. and I loved the live entertainment in the bistro!

the only thing was that, as a nursing mother, I was pumping breast milk so I needed a place to store it. I was told I could use the guest freezer over the phone but most employees looked bewildered when asked. then; my freezer bag was placed in the refrigerator and not the freezer. luckily everything was fine, but then a bag of breast milk was actually misplaced. they found it for me, and all was well. we made it home with all of the milk just fine. it wasn’t enough for me to say my stay was bad or that I wouldn’t return. I definitely would return!

Very spacious and great location. Lobby and fire and breakfast /Starbucks very nice.

The large circular couch in the room was dirty and uncomfortable ... the foot rest ottoman had visible dirt and west. The TV had darkening in the center of the TV.

Everything was perfect. It was an amazing anniversary weekend for us. Staff was exceptional as well.

Zero complaints.
