Nice facility with great pools. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. The indoor pool was a hit. Location was perfect.

Stayed with a indoor pool room which was a little loud until they turned off the waterfall. I probably wouldn’t use this room again unless I knew kids would be in the pool till 11:00 PM. Parking was a challenge during busy times to find a spot coming back from dinner at night. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast you would get for free, but here you have to pay for it, not worth the money. Also, this hotel was on a hill, which was difficult to come up with children after a day in town.

Outdoor pool was nice size and the gazebo area was huge. It was right beside a creek that was amazing to sit and listen to the water flow downstream. The room was very nice and modern. The lobby was very nice with plenty of seating to sit and relax indoors if the weather outside wasn't comfortable. The walk to the main strip was short so we didn't have to drive down and pay to park or is the trolley. Even though it seemed to be an older building, everything was maintained really well. Most everything was remodeled using modern decor. The things that were still older were painted and kept up really nice.

The hallways and elevators are not climate controlled so they were stuffy since we were there in mid July and it was hot and humid. Parking was a little hectic. Most spots are in the rear. Not horrible, but you definitely want to unload and load your vehicle at the front entrance, then find a parking spot. The indoor pool looks really nice, but can get crowded quick and you can really enjoy swimming. I recommend using the outdoor pool. The bathroom was very clean and we had no issues. But the sink, tub, and toilet are all in one room and there only enough space for one person at a time. We had 4 people so we had to wait and take turns.

I liked so much. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very comfortable. Beds comfy. Loved the pool for the most part.

Its an older hotel. But so many things in the room just were rusty. My tub in the bathroom was uncomfortable and my daughter slipped in it. My shower head just sprayed water everywhere, and the shower curtains didnt keep the water from getting alll over the floor. My toilet was loose and moved when we had to use it. The bathroom in my room was just the reasons i gave the rating just a 9. I was there 6 days and we had used the shower every single day. So it wasnt great.

I loved the pool and how clean our room was. The staff was very helpful and nice. The housekeepers were always seen working whenever we would run into them in the halls and in the elevators. They were very professional. We had a great view of the pool.

We didn't like how small the bathroom was in our room. It was hard to move around and the sink was outside of the bathroom which made it hard to wash up if we needed before coming out of the restroom. We had children with us so it's very inconvenient if you need to wash up or anything after using the restroom in private. The parking lot was very crowded making it hard to find a close parking spot. We had to walk with kids and bags a lot.

I like the location of the hotel to downtown. The pools are nice we used the outside because the indoor was full due to size and was filled with kids.

The walk back to the hotel was horrible because it was uphill. We finally figured out that the trolly came to the hotel and once we got the route down it was better, but the trolly only runs to 11:30pm so if you stay out pass that time you will have to walk back. We plan to stay at this hotel again with the kids because the pool indoor was full of kids and we felt that we couldn't enjoy the indoor pool because of the children.

I love the lobby decor as soon as you walk in. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were very friendly! The pool area was grand my family enjoyed the night we got to spend lounging down there. Shower pressure and temperature of water was great all weekend!

Elevators were broken multiple times during our stay which was exhausting after walking Gatlinburg all day then having to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. The food in the restaurant was disgusting. We didn’t even touch the dinner we had just threw it away and called into a nearby restaurant and walked and picked it up. We tried to give it a 2nd try, and went down for breakfast the next morning. All breakfast meats (bacon & Sausage) were undercooked, eggs were powdered & literally floating in water, biscuits and waffles were still ice cold frozen in the middle. We paid $12 x3 to be able to make our own oatmeal, get some grapes, and drink some juice…. Nothing fresh was worth it.

Great staff, great pools and pretty hotel design

There was a ceiling leak in the area by the elevators on 5th floor with big trash cans catching the leak. Unsightly and needs repair.

The location is good although we couldn’t find a back way to access the property. You’ll have to come in from the very congested main street. Taking the bypass to/from pigeon forge does help quite alot tho. Property is very well maintained and our room was clean with comfortable beds. They don’t offer free breakfast and I didn’t see any coffee in lobby (but coffee maker in room which we didn’t care for). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

It was a convenient walk to the main strip. The room was good for the price, and we had a fireplace, but we did not use it. The pool area seemed nice, but there were alot of people there most of the time so we didn't use that but area nice.

Parking, they were alot of parking places , however I don't think it was patrolled to keep non guests out, we arrived at 9 due to road closers and we had a hard time finding a spot to even check in and there was several cars with no tags in the window, I guess they just wanted free parking.

Location of the hotel was one of the main reasons we chose it. It’s not on the most crowded road, but close enough to walk to where everything is located. The indoor pool was very nice. It was also convenient having a restaurant in the lobby.

The only negative I really have is the lack of blackout curtains. There are lights right outside of the door to illuminate the walkway. The curtains let in a good amount of light.
