Enough space. Nice terrace where you can relax and watch the stream. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, activities.

Our only complain was - they don’t have extra blanket! What??? We requested for a blanket because we used the sofa bed to sleep and needed blanket - NONE. They cldnt find a single one.

It was very clean. They have staff cleaning all day. The breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles,eggs,fresh fruit and a different type of meat every morning. And the pool area was very clean. They have two outdoor fire pits with plenty of chairs and a nice stream running by them. it was so relaxing just sitting by the fire and listening the stream flow by.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this place. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable and easy access. The outside hot tub area is beautiful, well equipped with comfortable seating, TV's and fire pits and nice landscaping.

It is definitely walkable to the downtown Gatlinburg area but the hill is tough, we were hoping to rely on the trolley but never did figure out where it stopped exactly or when it might get somewhere. We did finally notice it stop right outside the hotel even though there is nothing indicating its a stop.

The patio with the fire pits was so nice. So relaxing. Rooms are very nice.

We stayed 2 nights, we were told that housekeeping would not be coming to our room, that if we needed anything to just ask. On the 2nd day we came back in the afternoon, and we could see HOUSEKEEPING WAS IN OUR ROOM! We were upset because we expected no one to come in our room while were were out, we had expensive prescription medication sitting out and were only there 2 nights. There's even a sign on the bathroom mirror, saying theycwouldn't come in, unless asked. That's the only thing that really ticked us off. Oh and breakfast was sub-par, we went elsewhere for breakfast. We would stay here again, but stay out of guest's rooms if they are only staying two nights!

Location was good, breakfast was fine but air conditioner was so cold that food cooled down before you could eat . Staff was very helpful with information on town .

Had to keep going down to get towels. We always stay at Hamptons and if we don’t want room clean we leave towels outside the door and they always leave us clean towels but here not ! Also only 2 sets of towels and others would leave us 4 sets , especially when we are staying multiple days .

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a different hot breakfast options each morning. The guy who works breakfast was amazing always cleaning and refilling! The last day we were their he wasn't and the women who was there was horrible. She didn't clean up at all and everything ran out and then she rushed and forgot things. If I had only stayed for one night and that was what I saw that morning I would not return to hotel. Luckily we had the guy for 3 days before tnat.

It was very clean, I just wished it room was a little bigger. But it served the purpose for our anniversary weekend getaway. We loved the landscaping around the hotel... the creek & the fire pits out by the hot tub with chairs to sit in... Very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good, I just wished they had bacon too in addition to the sausage because I don't care for sausage. Other than that, it was great!

It was a lil farther from downtown than I'd prefer, the hill climb back was a lil much.

It was very Clean, had a good breakfast. Nice Outdoor patio area. Indoor pool a plus. Room was comfortable enough for 2 people.

Staff was professional, however not all but some staff could of been a little more welcoming.

Its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park trail system.

The sink drain was slow. It wasn’t problematic for us so we never needed to report it. Everything else was grand.
