The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very near the entrance to the national park. It was also close to most places, so walking was not a problem. The room was kept clean and taken care of. The bed was comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Always friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

The main problem I have with the property is parking. We arrived close to 10pm. There was not a parking spot. We had to park on the side street next to the hotel. While the steps to our room were accessible, it was still an inconvenience. I do not think there is anything that can be done about this as the city has grown so much over the years.

Location! Super easy to walk right out the door to the best steakhouse or onto the parkway, and go get dinner or shop! The mechanical man who came to fix the fridge in our room, was super sweet! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and had more light! he was great!

The bathroom. It is so, so small! there was only one small mirror in the whole room. But the bathroom was probably the worst thing about the whole stay. The room is very nice and super comfy. But you can not turn around in the bathroom without hitting something.

We liked the location! Also liked that we got in early after a 6-hour drive, and they let us have the room early!

The first room had issues stains on the bedding and hair in the shower, and the smell was very skunky from the neighboring room. We moved rooms and the smell was better! The shower had zero water pressure, and the lighting was lacking. 3 bulbs were burnt out, and a switch on the wall had a note that said keep on at all times, but it didn't work on anything. Overlooking all the minor issues, we had a great time and will return again!

The manager was great and accommodating also very friendly. She took very good care of us and did her best to supply what we needed at the time. Every Hotel / Motel needs a manager like her. We would stay again we had a great time.

Housekeeping was not the best even after being asked by the manager to do their job. Acted as if they didn't understand english, sitting in laundry room on their phones or standing outside on their phones. It seemed as if they were on permanent break.

Our main goal was to do driving tours of the mountains and we were in a perfect location. We had a store, gas station and many choices of restaurants within walking distance. The trolley stop was right across the street from the hotel.

Mattress on bed would slide on the base, no box spring. Maybe some antiskid strips on base would be helpful. Mattress was comfortable.

Stayed at the Days inn suites for 5 nights.. it's a very reasonable hotel to stay at with great accommodations refrigerator microwave coffee maker 24-hour coffee ☕ made in the lobby which is really nice and they have breakfast in the morning till 9:30. The staff was very very nice and I would definitely stay at this hotel again, it was very close to the venue I was going to there's plenty of restaurants next door to your left or to your right or across the street you will not go hungry no worries :-) I would definitely stay at this hotel again thanks so much

Room was clean; beds were comfortable, & staff was friendly. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned,

Location...beds are comfortable... breakfast was individually bagged pancakes ...waffles and such... but it is still good...orange juice was good.

That we couldn't take a bath...the stopper was broken...after walking all day it would've been nice to soak a bit...that you could see daylight around the door at the side and bottom...need a new door and possibly new caulking around the tub...needs a little updated....need more lights in the room.

Staff was friendly and accommodating from even before we checked in. Location was wonderful. 2 minute drive and we were in the park. Everything was within 15 Mins walking distance. Everything was clean, breakfast was great every morning. Lots of options for my toddlers. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again! We loved sitting on the balcony after our girls went to sleep and just enjoyed the nightlife. It was quiet at our end and we loved looking into the woods at the end of the street.

Only issue that ever came up was our balcony door would lock if closed all the way and the key card didn't work to open it. My fiance got locked out by my toddlers while I was in the bathroom once haha. Luckily I was right there to open it.

We loved everything about our stay actually ended up staying 2 more nights .and the fact that they was very helpful. Especially when the manager jamie and the desk clerk went above and beyond to get us into a room when they was sold out thank goodness for cancelation lol. Also they rent to locals not many places do anymore but they welcome us no questions asked

Bathroom was small The pool being closed but maintenance was working on it .
