Located right by the Space Needle, the property is in a prime location in downtown Gatlinburg. There was plenty of parking available onsite in the garage. The bed was very comfortable and clean and was very welcomed after a long day. Nice shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The morning Orange Juice was a little watery but was very nice and cold nonetheless. Air conditioner motor was a little loud when it would start up but was fine. Otherwise, it was hard to find much to dislike as it was what I was already expecting.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Tilted the wrong way, but my husband and I just slept the opposite direction 🤷‍♀️

The friendliness of all the employees and the convenience of the site, to go up and down the strip, at any time. The pool is always nice and we liked the location of our room. The staff helped us with anything we asked for or about and that was very helpful , due to my taking care of a woman who is in a state program for mental/physical population and she always loves coming to this Motor Lodge.

There was only one night person who was not as helpful, a little rude to the woman I just told you about. She uses an iPad all the time but the WiFi would not work for us and she went down to ask and he told her "It's working here"! However, the next morning, we reported it to the manager and later that day this man was very nice, when he saw us. When we saw the manager, I asked her if she didn't say something to him and she smiled and said "absolutely" and we thanked her. She told us to always let her know if one of her staff was not helpful for us and with a smile! Again, we thanked her and had no other problems with him. We both love this place and this was our third time to stay there and will stay there again the next time we can come back!

It was easy to walk around Gatlinburg or go on a trolley across the street. The indoor pool was nice to get out of the sun for a bit. The breakfast was good for a continental style and the a/c unit in the room worked great.

The jacuzzi was closed and the night staff never brought anything requested, like soap or toiletries that were empty so check as soon as you get there for anything you need.

The location is great ! before Covid we would usually go 4 or 5 times a year. we always stay at Le Conte. We like being on 2nd or 3rd floor in building B so we can sit on the balcony & watch the street. the office staff is always so nice & friendly with us

I am used to my own pillow and the one's they have are a little too soft or flat for my taste. the parking spaces are usually full and you have to park away from the building or room that you are in & walk sort of uphill to get back to the building to get on the elevator and get back to your room.

The location is perfect, in the last several years we have made at least 4 to 5 trips there a year and always stay at the Leconte. The staff is friendly & helpful we have noticed the improvements being made and think that it's great. Looking forward to many more trips there !

In past years when we made reservations by phone we could ask if they had something available in a certain building. We prefer building B on 2nd or 3rd floor we can't do that now but the last 2 stays we have been in building B. also at times we have other family members to come with us and before we could get rooms next to each other now you don't have that option

Location was the key. Just like you have hotels on Vegas strip, there is a gatlinburg strip and this hotel is right on the strip. This was my third hotel stay in gatlinburg and this was the best budgeted stay I've had. This hotel is next to Ober Park. So, if Ober is part of your itinerary, nothing can beat this location. Complimentary breakfast was not that bad.

The location was great. Easy parking. Staff was very nice. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Pool room and pool were clean and well kept

The hot tub was out. Floors had stains on them but doesnt mean it wasnt clean. The king sheets didnt fit the king bed and would pop off once we laid down. Over all not bad and very minimal issues. We will be back!

Hot tube wasn’t working and the “heated” pool was still cold. My biggest issue was with the housekeeping. We were there 4 days and every single day we had to go to the office to request clean towels for showers. The second day our room was never cleaned and our trash was never emptied.

The location was great. The staff was so freaking awesome. The room was great as well and the young lady at front desk are the best. Truly the whole experience with the staff and the place as a whole was the best. I'd recommend this place to anyone. By the way the improvement's you all are doing are very nice. We will be back to visit and this is my go to place not just because of the price but because of the hospitality that they show.

The only thing I didn't like was I had to leave. I wish I could have stayed longer.
