We liked the location and the river view. The room was comfortable and decorated nicely.

The bathroom is very tight. We walked a mile back to the hotel at around 9:30pm and it was cold out so we just wanted a hot shower. The shower handle would only turn so far and it was just a little warmer than lukewarm. That was disappointing.

Great location on the river. Was able to walk everywhere without climbing the mountain!

Only complaint was the showerhead needs to be updated.

We stayed in a King room bottom level with river view. Pop out on the private patio and enjoy the crashing wave sounds of the river. This place was totally peaceful and off the beaten path slightly. Two restaurants with decent food were 2 minutes away. Free breakfast every day? What’s not to like. That saves you a ton of money as do the very affordable rates. I call them dirt cheap rates. The room was clean, everything worked. Free Wi-Fi, microwave, mini fridge. The staff was amazing. It’s an older facility but a solid 4 star in my book. Don’t mind the wild animals I call them caretakers ie geese, racoons, squirrels that run by your patio gate. 😂If fishing is your thing it’s a one minute walk .

Not really a dislike but you have to walk a little further than lodging in the middle of town. We walked to the Aquarium it’s a little over a half mile. No biggie. People in Gatlinburg walk a lot. 5 minutes to the Main Street aka Parkway. There is paid parking as an option all along the main drag if you will. If you don’t mind a little exercise ignore this reference completely. They have a decent pool but it’s right on the street like many hotels .

location is great. easy waking distance to the strip and the river view rooms are great. There is also a pretty good Mountain View as well. We are frequent travelers to Gatlinburg and usually only stay in a couple of places because they are places we trust. This place will definitely be on our rotation now. it was clean, good location and good value. I also liked that they had the continental breakfast. We usually go out for breakfast, but it was nice to be able to go down and get my son a milk and a snack before everyone else is ready to go out because he is an early riser. The breakfast is just some microwave sausage biscuits, waffles, fruit, yogurt and drinks, but it suited our needs perfectly. The staff was very friendly as well. I would stay here again.

it is an older building, but rooms seem updated and well kept. There is no elevator so you have to take your luggage up ramps to the second floor. It is a little different but manageable. I saw that other reviews mentioned limited parking, the parking lot is small but we never had trouble getting a space.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is just a short walk to many attractions. The room was very spacious and the view was wonderful. The price was great. I honestly did not expect the room to be as nice as it was.

The parking is very tight at night. If you are able to get a parking spot leave your car and walk to the attractions.

The location, price, and size of these rooms are top notch. The room was cleaned top to bottom every morning by the staff and everything was restocked.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Balcony over river had lovely view. Very good coffee in office!

Not entirely comfortable with having an adjoining room although it seemed to have good lock. Distance was a bit far from town for walking but doable.

The location was great. We were here for our daughters wedding. Two days before the trip I had to have emergency back surgery. We called and asked for a ground floor room and the one we got was handicap accessible. Just what we needed. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I give them a ten. We will come back and stay here again.

loved the location. the staff kept us stocked up with fresh towels and toiletries. we had the opportunity to watch the river and even see a bear. was a good location to walk to anything in downtown gatlinburg. easy access to the national park. and great to catch the bypass if u dont want to sit in traffic to go to pigon forge.

the beds could have been just a little more comfortable and the price was raised due to peak season so it was kinda expensive but the only thing that was to be had in a decent location. any other time of the year will be a great place to stay.
