The location was very good, abt a 5 min walk from main retail/restaurant/entertainment area. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Reasonably quiet, at least on upper floors. Good quality casual restaurant and bar onsite that served full breakfast (not included). Also had a coffee shop and patio area. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking quick and convenient. Room rates were some of the more reasonable in the area. Overall nice experience and would stay again.

Rooms were of typical size and setup but were showing their age. Bathroom seemed cramped, and trash cans provided were tiny. Getting to the Vols arena/stadium is a bit of a hike, and uber/lyft not always easy to get.

The lobby was fabulous and the amenities were great! Starbucks and the hotel’s restaurant were nice, and very convenient. The front desk staff was very kind, courteous and accommodating.

The rooms were small and just average… not what I expected. Also, the parking deck was not accessible directly from the hotel. Valet was available; however parking overall was too expensive.

Close location to the Market Square. Awesome restaurant and Starbucks located within the hotel. Really good gym/fitness centre. Good brand shampoo and conditioner and parking was close (even though you had to pay)

Paying for parking, despite staying the night and paying. Basic internet was really bad, ended up just using phone reception. You had to pay for the bottles of water offered in room. No microwave. The TV was way too dark, couldn't change it.

Starbucks and sit down dining for food, vending & ice machines, comfy beds, darkening room shades, large tv, robes and fridge in room. easy to get to off highway.

our first rooms bathroom was dirty upon arrival. the tub seemed to have had a dirty bucket of water poured in it and it had solidified. we were unable to use it. The staff was wonderful about correcting the issue and treated us to breakfast and 20% off a Starbucks coffee, next morning, for our inconvenience. we were a late arrival,1:30am and very tired from our drive. we appreciate the quick accommodation.

Overall the room was nice, good restaurant and Starbucks attached, and good location.

The room's AC unit was EXTREMELY loud when it was on. The "vending machine" was non-existant on the 9th floor though the door is marked as vending. The mini-fridge seemed super mini and hard to fit much at all. Bed could have been a little more comfy and the TV service was dated. No guide button and instead had to watch the guide channel???

The location was awesome! Friendly staff for the most part. Rooms were clean.

The parking situation is crazy! Trying to figure out the "free" lot was impossible for us. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but that was the bad part. The elevator always had a long wait, and the morning we were checking out, we took 7 flights of stairs found with a fully loaded suitcase.

The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly! i was charged more than what I was quoted on Booking but asked the woman and she fixed it right away.

Went to the front lobby for Starbucks around 4:40 (40 minutes after check in) they closed at 5 I’m assuming she was annoyed with me for purchasing a coffee that late. she was not friendly at all.

The bed was huge and super comfortable. The location was great . We could walk to both the convention center and Market Sq. Dining in Market Square was fun and had a cool vibe

There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed . The bottles of water in the room were not complimentary

parking .. we where told by Valet that if we left that night to go to dinner because there were people bringing multiple cars that we may not have a parking spot we rented a room so that we could have a parking spot so the people with multiple cars should’ve been the ones that were moved not people that run at one room and had one car that was my only issue

The place was nice, close to downtown, and the staff were execptional.

But I did not know that they charge $24/day for parking even for hotel guests. Self parking costs $24/day and valet $26/day. Therefore, I ended up paying way more than the hotel room price that I initially paid for. Beware of these extra charges when you book.
