Came to Knoxville (first visit) for a concert. Katharine Knaps checked us in and she was super sweet and helpful Helped us with transportation and restaurants in the area! The room was very nice. Only compliant was from my husband and he did't think the bed was comfortable but I slept like a baby. Knoxville was very nice and clean. Felt very safe walking around. We are from Louisville, Ky and unfortunately I can not say the same for our downtown area :(

Nothing that I didn't like but.....Breakfast needs to end at 11:00. Could have used another hour of sleep... ;)

This is a awesome hotel all the way around. The location is beautiful while also downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful upon our arrival, and parking was easy. Our room was huge with a unique layout in a kind of square room rather than the usual rectangular rooms that you see in most hotels. Breakfast was great and in a served bright area that had windows that gave you a view of the tree-lined, city street. The best part of this hotel, I mean the BEST, was it's cleanliness! I am very sensitive to smells and this was hand's down the best smelling hotel ever. That may be a strange observation to some, but for those of you who get it about smells, don't hesitate and book this one now. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly as well! Thank you to everyone.

I am a very picky traveler who rarely writes reviews... there is nothing that I did not like.

Husband was there at 6:00 pancakes, oatmeal and glazed honey bun. Then the rest of the family went down later about 9;00 and alot had been there, but mostly gone, I suppose the the children got enough. i had a hospital surgery scheduled for 8:45 and I couldn't eat and husband was going with me so he had to eat early. Thanks for the stay, I was pleasantly surprised. Normally downtowns are run down and hotels move closer to the interstate. I was assured at the Ortho clinic, you had a private parking my biggest concern.

The kids said the pool was too small

Great location, very clean, good breakfast. The staff was very nice. Pool was very clean and was not overpowered with chemicals.

One elevator was down on the last day and they were changing out the mattress so a lot going on on our last day. What would make everything better is if someone would find and return my son blanket that he left in the covers of the bed. Please let us know, it means a lot to him. It's Super Soft Fleece Sherpa Fuzzy Throw Blanket w/ the words blessed on it and it was burgundy/reddish color. Thank you

Super comfy hotel. Close to downtown and walking distance to everything. Sun sphere across the road. Nice safe and secure car park. Room was very modern with excellent shower and bed. Staff were fantastic. Reasonably priced considering it's so central. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Parking a bit pricey at 20 bucks a night but I suppose it is in a city centre. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Staff excellent, room was good but it was not the room I was promised by Booking.com.

I originally had booked one type of room then I called Booking.com to change to a 2 Queen Suite with sofa bed because we were looking for our grandsons to stay and Pedro had me on hold while he supposedly made that change. When we got to Hotel to check in, the staff didn't know anything about a change and said they had not had that type of room available in months and that Booking.com always sell rooms they don't have. We were thoroughly disappointed and had to stay in a smaller room. From now on I will go directly through the hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The waffle making machine was amusing. The coffee was hot and strong. The location was excellent and the room and beds comfortable.

One of the blackout blinds in the room was not working and I am very sensitive to light. So, I didn't get a great nights sleep. Also, it seemed odd that the bathroom didn't have an extractor fan. I would have thought that both for damp and for smells, an extractor fan would be a normal thing to install in a bathroom without windows.

Well maintained modern room of generous size. Furnishings all in good repair, desk, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom. Staff was somewhat constrained by policy but all were friendly and did try their best to assist. Location was great - perhaps a bit noisy from the highway on my side of the building. Only a couple of blocks walk to the party area and just a little further he opposite direction to the University. WLAN was fully functional and satisfactory.

Noise from highway might disturb some. Was automatically charged for parking even tho I have no auto. Breakfast had a decent selection, however everything was pre-fab. Disposable plates, forks, cups. Mass-produced baked goods. Overflow from breakfast ended up in the lobby. Catering was definitely an afterthot. One is required to register to have the room cleaned, but then they were knocking 30 Min. before departure to get in. At that price, not quite the service level I would have expected. Coach stop about 4 Km distant - I arrived with little preparation late at night and ended up having to walk.

Location was great and staff were fantastic - so helpful and incredibly kind.

We stayed in a room facing Henley St and it was loud. They provided a noise machine which helped, but until turning it on we could hear cars burning out, etc. Even still - I would absolutely stay here again. A great experience and value.

Easy access to convention center for dance competition as well as Market Square for food and fun. Breakfast was good as usual. Concierge rocked! Every recommendation from her was spot on!

Lawrence wasn’t knowledgeable about the surrounding area like the other concierge. When we asked about the pedestrian bridge to Calhoun’s, he didn’t know it existed! She was the one that told us about it. He just needs to be made aware of what’s around. He was very friendly and nice.
