Location was great, right by Market Square and easy access to the university where we had business. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Comfortable, spacious rooms. And the BIG bowl of Lifesaver mints in the lobby!

The "business center" is a printing kiosk in the hallway on the third floor. There isn't a gym (even though one is mentioned on Booking.com) - you just get a pass to the YMCA a few blocks away (which is a little sketchy-looking). No breakfast options.

Great location - Just walk out the front door into Market Square or just a block from Gay Street. Hotel was beautiful, staff was courteous, and the overall experience was great.

The mattresses need to be replaced. They were extremely soft and/or well worn. The price was a little high compared to other hotels in the area.

wished the restaurants opened earlier than 9 am. made it harder to get an early start.

This hotel is awesome... vintage hotel with very clean, upgraded, and comfortable rooms...the beds were amazingly comfortable... location is optimal for enjoying the many venues of downtown Knoxville. I love the speakeasy bar inside the hotel as well!!

The property is centrally located, right in the heart of Knoxville. it’s very close to excellent restaurants and nightlife. The rooms are very cozy with nice artistic touches.

The rooms are a little bit dated but overall we had a great experience.

Perfect location for the reason for our trip. We were able to valet our car and walk everywhere we wanted. There were two great restaurants connected to the hotel. All of the staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful!

Restaurant at the hotel was exceptional! As good as a Michelin restaurant which is the best you can get! Staff was awesome and the presentation was as incredible! Will definitely go to this hotel and restaurant!!!

Ideal location, handsome hotel, hilarious set of treats in the room including a FIFTH of bourbon. The reception staff were wonderful.

My room's thermostat wasn't working, so I was in an 80-degree room. But, when I reported it, I received a large discount on the room, which I greatly appreciated. Only other thing I didn't like was that there was no masking, not even by staff, in the midst of this pandemic.

It is a beautiful hotel. Loved the decor, beds are very comfy, good food, cool speakeasy if you like bourbon, and friendly staff.

Our toilet wouldn't flush but thankfully they fixed it while we were at the concert. There's no ice machine available for drinks in the room.

so much fun. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly and the room had its own special 1920s sort of charm.

the mattress was super soft. too much for my taste.
