The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were pleased there was a fridge in the room. The location of this hotel was amazing as we were visiting the Knoxville Civic Center to see Hardy and Lainey Wilson. It was a big even for me as I had lost my 21 yr old son in 2021 and had played the Hardy song at his memorial service and it meant a lot to me to see him in a live performance. The parking was great. We could valet for $35 or self park directly behind the hotel for very little.

We found not having a microwave in the room a bit of an inconvenience. We stayed two days and expected to come back to the room to some fresh towels or at least our trash emptied once a day but no one ever serviced our room. We did notice mold in the shredded cheese at breakfast. I do wish the hotel front desk kept postage on hand. We love to send postcards from our adventures. I guess not many people do that any more. We just stayed in NY and had the same problem. Desk manager sent us to a convenience mart down the block to buy postage, they didn't have any and sent us a few blocks further to another store, who didn't have any either. Trying to mail a postcard was quite hard to do. We had to find an actual post office.

The elevators run slow, especially in the evening when the roof top venue has a lot of community guests Our room has a vent that blows directly on one of the beds, which made my nose stuffy at night and was just overall unpleasant It will be nice when Covid breakfasts are over and we can return to a more enjoyable breakfast

The location was great. The room and the lobby, bar area were very nice. It is also great having a Starbucks attached. Parking is a little bit of an issue, but the valet services are very helpful.

The only thing I can find that was any problem at all was the lack of parking. However, the nearby parking garage is a good option. I guess it is to be expected when the hotel is in the very center of everything. That is a huge benefit.

The location is the best. Front desk and valet staff are great. The complimentary breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast and easy. Starbucks is downstairs. We had to ask for housekeeping which was fine but we didn’t know that we had to schedule it.

The AC vent in the room is very loud and blows the cold air directly onto the bed and in your face while you sleep which was uncomfortable. The rooftop bar is cool but way overpriced. The lobby bar was not open during the day.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for what I needed, and the view to Market Square nice. Starbucks discount was very good.

The only thing I didn't like was the rooftop wasn't open Sunday evening, after a concert next door. Breakfast was ok.

Almost everything. Great hotel, staff, breakfast, and rooftop bar. And pet friendly!

My only complaint was the mattress was very uncomfortable for me and hurt my back. However everyone has different likes for mattress firmness and I just recently had a baby. This may not be bother other guests.

Good breakfast and good location. Clean and quiet stay.

No view from the room, no pool or hot tub, room was decent and clean but not high-end finishes. Fairly ordinary room with no view, not what you would expect for $200 a night. Everything was fresh but plain furnishings and bathroom, no microwave. First room was top floor overlooking other building roofs but no bath, so we moved to 4th floor with bath but view of the side of another building. Overpriced by 25%.

Location was excellent, Staff was excellent, Room was excellent as well. Bed was very comfortable and pillows was nice and fluffy. Breakfast was good. Overall, I will stay at The Hyatt again when visiting Knoxville, this was our second stay here.

Coffee could have been stronger, would have liked to had some biscuit's and gravy on the breakfast bar. I would have liked to have parked my own car, but the service was excellent just takes a little getting use too.

The location is great. The rooftop bar is beautiful. The service was great as well.

The room did not have a microwave. We needed one for food and bottles.

walking distance to Market Square and most shops, public garage located behind the property, Starbucks within the property, roof top lounge was A+. The staff was friendly, especially, Alice at breakfast. She was pleasant to talk to and helpful.
