Room and hotel itself was lovely.

The gentleman that checked us in - I believe his name was Trev - he seemed nice but also seemed very irritated that we were trying to check in while he was busy on his phone. He walked away at first and left us waiting for 10 minutes and when he came back he proceeded to still be on while doing our check in. He had to ask the same questions multiple times because he was too distracted by the videos and then also by the phone call he took while we were still standing there waiting for our keys. The whole process took A LOT longer than it should have. Which did not set for a good start.

This location did not offer breakfast, but did offer complimentary coffee in the morning. I did not take advantage of this offer. The room was nice and spacious. I had to ask several times. for new towels and in-room coffee supplies but I saw for that request it was posted at the front desk. All in all the room was nice and I would stay here again.

I did not like the sound of the little kid runnng back and forth in the room above me. Although it lasted till its bedtime which was about 9pm.

The Hotel was back off the main Highway so it was quite.

The person that checked us in was not a very friendly person. When I booked the room I had requested extra towels and pillows . But they were not in the room when we checked in . So we called the front desk and asked for the towels and pillows . The guy acted rude and annoyed when we asked . He did bring us one towel and two pillows .

This was the nicest Red Roof I have ever stayed in. Right when we saw the building, we were surprised at how nice it looked. The receptionist was very nice, imitating conversation with us and making jokes. Everything was clean, and our room had everything that it said it would. Worth the price we paid if not more.

I didn’t like how loud it was outside, but that isn’t exactly the place’s fault. The TV in the room was the smallest TV I have ever seen, so there’s that too.

I felt like 1 of the staff members was looking for any reason to boot me out. I don't like that feeling right now I'm just staying there until my house gets done so I don't need the extra problem of having to worry about if this lady going to be petty and kick me out

It was clean, basic room for low price.

My biggest issue Is that the price was higher at the hotel than it was on the app. I had originally reserved 2 rooms but once I got there had to cancel 1 due to the cost being higher than expected.

The hard wood floors made ease to get around with a handicap person.

Not enough handicap spaces. No breakfast. Most people look for breakfast when booking a hotel. Better pillows and mattresses. The main hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

The room had a clean pleasant smell when I entered. Plenty of room, not cramped. Large sofa to relax on.

There was ants in bathroom at night. The bathroom sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall.

Very. Nice.

The tub/shower was not safe, very difficult to get in & out of even though the room was offered as “Disability accessible “ and had everything else to qualify.

Very comfortable room and very clean.

Could go with a bit bigger TV. It was a small one. As cheap as tvs are now. And same problem that is in a lot of hotels, Those very low flow shower heads. They are pitiful. I wanted to rate a 10, but as long as hotels keep using those low flow shower heads they will only get an 8 at best
