Nice clean hotel for a decent price. Visited for a family event and stayed two nights. Room had weird smell but not terrible (you sort of got used to it) -- it was some sort of freshener they sprayed I think. Nice shower with great water pressure. Bathroom was clean and tidy and in very good condition but toilet seat was super cheap and flimsy. Shampoo/bathgel/lotion bottle was the smallest I've seen but nice product. Due to the restrictions, staff couldn't make up beds so you make them yourself. Also, you toss towels outside and they leave you a bag of new, clean ones. Staff was really very nice and helpful. Would stay there again for the price.

Super flimsy toilet seat, small bath gel/shampoo/lotion bottles and artificial spray smell in room (probably a disinfectant they were using). It was a good place overall and would stay again for the price.

This was a good Best Western with a reasonable cost and a very good breakfast buffet. There was a disability lift for the pool and the hot tub was clean.

Fitness room wasn't good. Limited weights, no wipes to clean machines, and neither the bike or rowing machine had foot stirrups. A staff member did come in and wiped the machines during my workout.

Stay up at the front desk was friendly and went out of the way to explain where to find things like the pool and the gym room and one breakfast deserved. Also make sure that I know if I need anything just call front desk.

There was a spot in the shower on the wall towards the bottom where it looked like something had been mounted and then it had been taken off but the holes were never repaired, This was kind of unsightly but otherwise everything else was good.

I chose this location because it was the halfway point on the way home. I had also stayed at another Best Western Plus on our way to our destination. The breakfast was still fully stocked even though we came down close to closing. Cleanliness was noted at the breakfast bar and the lobby area restroom. The front desk staff was friendly on check-in and check-out.

There were no noticeable issues on our one-night stay.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The location was close to the interstate, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was nice.

I reserved the king size room on booking.com, and when I got there and checked in (early), when I went into my room it was a double queen. I went back to the desk and the lady said that she ran out of king size rooms so she had to put me in a queen double even though my reservation was for a king. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known the room that I wanted was not available.

Nice location, near lots of restaurants & the zoo. All the staff we had contact with were extremely nice and accomodating.

The hottub was outdated, & rough to sit in. It kept getting really hot also.

Well lit, right off the highway, clean, beds very comfortable

Ac was off when we arrived in the room so the room was hot and muggy. However didn’t take long for the ac to cool everything down.

it is in a convenient location. The air worked great. For the value, the place was nice.

It would be nice if the continental breakfast was open a little longer.

Regular motel. Average location, but several restaurants and shops around. The room was OK. Breakfast was also Ok.

Not much to say. I always wish the breakfast variety was better.
