location was great! breakfast was good. room was nice and clean. staff was super nice! Terrence, day time shuttle driver, was amazing.

This is not really about the property but. One reason we chose this hotel was the shuttle to and from downtown and the Nissan stadium. Saturday night the night shuttle guy no show, no called to his time. I completely understand this issue with finding good workers. Thankful Terrence stayed over long enough to get us back downtown and get another family back to the hotel.

The breakfast was good and had a few low carb choices, I also brought some Almonds in the waiting area when we arrived later that night and it was the sweetest lady named Omni that asked if I had ever had the blueberry almond, and I told her I haven't and the next day as we were checking out, she had taped some blueberry almonds to my door with a sweet note! When I tell you I was so grateful. So when we got down to check out she wasn't there and I couldn't tell her how much I appreciate her. She went above and beyond and y'all should feel so grateful to have people like her working in your Establishment.

Everything was clean and fresh smelling. Free breakfast was abundant. Every staff member was extra friendly and helpful. Convenient to lots of things. We especially liked that you included transportation to/from the hotel. Nice benefit for visitors without a car.

The staff was great! The woman who checked us in on Wednesday night was helpful and friendly. She worked so many hours during our stay...I didn't grab her name, but she deserves kudos! I know it can be tough to put in long hours, but she did it with a smile on her face! The pool was small, but warm and clean!

I can't remember her name but she was a very helpful receptionist when I checked in the evening Mr. Roger was a great shuttle driver he gave us delicious recommendations for dinner and a little history lesson of Nashville which we greatly appreciated. To end the night the kids enjoyed the indoor pool while it was 30 degrees outside. Overall great stay

Roger was excellent! He gave us suggestions on where to go. We were hoping to find a winery to get gifts and he gave us a few options. We decided on on going to the American Pickers area that he recommended. My husband enjoyed all the relics in the building and we got all of our gifts purchased here.

There was a lot of activity when we stayed due to hosting some Titans players and doing interviews and such. The room next us was used for what seemed like pictures. They were putting the bed back together as we were checking out. The men in the room talked very loudly pretty early in the morning. Fortunately we were already up as we were trying to get an early start. There also seemed the be discussions in the hallway outside our door. Also, the wifi was terrible. It might be due to the Titans representatives, but not sure. When we could get the wifi to connect it was too slow and wouldn't load anything.

Everything! Especially for the value. It was just an overall exceptional experience from the facility itself to the staff.

Honestly I can’t think of one thing. It was absolutely perfect. Im actually very happy that I had to check out of a horrible hotel and find this one. It was worth me eating the money to get out of the place we arrived first in Nashville and come to this one.

Location couldn’t have been better! Right off the highway! parking was only $7 a day which is cheaper than other hotels and parking areas. Comfortable beds! Loved the shower!

Breakfast could have been better.

Clean and quiet. Roni the general manager was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Loved the infused water in the lobby. The shuttle was a great free service that they offered.

The pool could be bigger.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Coffee available all day. Shuttle drivers were great. Room was clean.

The pool was small and only 3’ deep. This would not deter me from booking this hotel again.
