Great location,which is brand new, and only 2.8 miles from the downtown Nashville area that was really easy for the Uber/Lyft drivers to pick you up and drop off. Staff was excellent, especially Kayce and DaNeesha who were very friendly and helpful with information about the Nashville area. Also gave us a complimentary Uber ride for being an IHG member. There was security guard watching the parking lot at night that definitely made you feel safe. Highly recommend staying here instead of downtown location.

A little pricey but everywhere close to center city Nashville is.

excellent friendly staff very accommodating due to us being here for medical reasons. was able to get us checked into 1 of the 2 rooms prior to us going to Vanderbilt medical center earlier than we had originally anticipated having to be there, which was an hour earlier than the original agreed upon early check in time.

found some type of debris against the frame under one of the two beds in 2nd room.. both bathrooms had overhead lights that were nonfunctional.. the 1st room (single king) bathroom light would only partially come on but not bright enough to see. the 2nd room (double queen) bathroom light would not come on at all. thankfully, the light around the mirror in both bathrooms worked, so there was no need to call about it so late in the night after we realized it, and we were tired from being at Vanderbilt for hours.

Great location, you can see downtown from the corridor window on the higher floors. It also feels very safe and parking lot is right outside the doors. Hotel feels brand new, very clean and inviting. Room was spacious and comfortable. I was very impressed that the staff went extra mile and had the receipts ready for people checking out, so we didn't have to ask for it and wait to get it printed. Very nice gesture that meant a lot.

One of the days of our stay half of the breakfast options were gone around 8am. The wait time was 15-20 minutes which wasn't terrible, but it was surprising to see that so many things were out at the same time. The other day was better though, so I can't say how common it is. Still, the stay was worth it, even with this hiccup.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows as well. The lighting was nice and the AC got very cold. I loved the shower.. its a very large walk in shower that gets very hot and the water pressure was strong. The bathroom was stocked up with dove products (shampoo, conditioner,body soap, hand soap, lotion) and there was a hair dryer. The hotel wasn't far from some food joints and it's only a 7-10 min drive from downtown Nashville. I would stay here again.

You could hear the freeway early in the morning but it wasn't to bad.

Great location, about 3 miles from Downtown, appears to be newly remodeled. The check in was easy, staff very pleasant. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion, spacious king size beds, 24 hour security, fitness room, and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Location was ideal wot Germantown where the venue was that I was attending for a conference, and it was also quick to get in and out of downtown. The breakfast was great! The little old lady that was maintaining the area was fabulous, she was in good spirits and made you feel very welcomed and made for a good start to the day! She deserves praise and for this to be shared with her.

I didn't appreciate the price. The reason I choose to stay at Holiday Inn Express is they usually are mid price for good quality but aren't over the top luxury so I take the less luxury for a fair price. I've never paid $260 for Holiday Inn, really no more than $120 a night. Also I called because I left my curling iron and they said they went at checked the room and it wasn't there and I know I left it under the sink and it might have been under a towel and they said they couldn't find it and I should call back to see if the cleaners found it in the towel bin in the laundry.

Check in/out quick and easy The room was clean and comfortable, well appointed. Relatively easy to get to. I like the big shower so much more than the old shower/tub combo situation. Good improvement.

The carpet between the beds was wet. The entire area. Like it had been cleaned recently and wasn't dry yet, at least that's what I'm hoping. Soaked a pair of socks.I threw them away. Housekeeping staff was hanging out around the elevator pass through being loud, rough housing, blocking access to both elevators.

it’s a great location right off the highway and not too far from the party scene. staff was very friendly and the place is super clean. the breakfast ladies were friendly and kept everything hot and the stations were always full, they were then eat!! I will forever have the chant in my head from one of the breakfast ladies “hot cakes hot cakes get ‘em while they’re hot, hot cakes hot cakes you’ll like me alot!” she made the mornings happy.

Had no problems whatsoever. Everyone very friendly. The lady in the breakfast who was filling the food was a gem! Young man who signed us in very professional. And the room/bed was extremely comfortable and the room very clean.

Only small suggestion I would have is to somehow designate a smoking area - I know the outside is a smoking area but i couldn't even sit outside of the hotel without having to take in all the cigarette smoke

Breakfast was great. Probably the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had. We will never forget the woman working and singing her "Hot Cakes" song. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pillows. I always travel with my own as hotel pillows are always so flat. This stay, I never used my own.

My only complaint was the noise of traffic I could hear. Unfortunately I am a very light sleeper and it posed an issue with falling asleep. But everything else more than made up for that.
