Location, ease of check in, complimentary laundry facilities, spacious room, comfy bed, pretty clean and the room had a kitchenette. the bathroom was also fairly large and had a fantastic vanity mirror. I liked that the access to the room was coded, super easy to get access.

No sheer curtains on the ground floor, so couldn’t open windows to let daylight in (I could have but you could see straight into the room, which I didn’t like); stagnant smell in the bathroom; an alarm that went off on 2 of my 3 nights at the hotel; and the super bright time on the microwave. All little things in comparison to the positives about the room. My room was on the ground floor, so had direct access to the street - as a solo traveller, I didn’t like this as it made me feel a little unsafe BUT if not travelling alone I think it would have been good. the amount of emails that come through, if I was only staying at 1 x hotel on my trip wouldn’t be so bad; but I’m travelling for 6 weeks and the emails are constant - I was worried I was going to miss something important.

The whole hotel and room was stylish. Beautifully decorated. Full kitchen complete with plates, cutlery even salt and pepper. Very comfortable bed. Only 35 minute walk to the centre of Nashville. An affordable alternative to the much more expensive hotels downtown.

There were no staff at the premises which was certainly unusual. Access to the hotel and room was by typing a code sent by email into a key pad. Our room had a balcony but only one chair (covered with bird droppings) and no table. Parking in the hotel parking lot was $35 per day but there was lots of free on street parking at the hotel.

Location is pretty close to downtown, there's even a bus stop around the corner that takes you downtown in 10min. The Tennessee State Museum is a 5min walk away, a supermarket, walgreens and some fastfood joints are around the corner. The apartment is well equipped and was super clean when we arrived. I would stay here again!

The walls are quite thin and if you have noisy neighbours you'll hear everything. Despite the house rules, some people upstairs celebrated someone's birthday.

It's a new building, it smelled fresh and it was clean. Service is online but had a quick and nice response. Check in online was easy too. Would definitely book again and recommend.

We had to use the sofa bed and it was already covered with a mattress cover that was a bit dirty with crums. Wish we had an extra sheet to put over it. Wasn't so dirty though we swiped it away. One switch for the light would also turn off the power to TV and some electric plugs. My phone didn't charge over night because I had no idea it would cut off the power half of the room

I liked the well stocked kitchen and keyless entry. Also the location was within walking distance of some of Nashville’s main attractions.

I wish there was an oven and under the cabinet lighting in the kitchen. It was either super bright with ceiling spotlights, or a tiny lamp light. I really wish they recycled or had bins for recycling. I hated to leave glass bottles behind knowing they were going in the trash.

location in germantown was good. liked the luggage lockers, laundry, kitchen in room.

room poorly designed. one side of bed up against wall with no room for bedside cabinets or lights. every noise from above could be heard. on ground floor couldn’t open curtains as every passer-by could clearly see in.

Easy check in/check out with access code. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower and shower flow was great. Great location was accessing downtown Nashville.

There wasn't an easy way to get more towels or wash cloths. Shampoo in the show was lacking quality.

Good facilities. Thoughtfully designed. Loved the balcony, free washing facilities, storage lockers. Odd location in derelict lot but i came to appreciate it.

Soundproofing could be much better. TV would be much better with one or two gratis streaming sites.

Great studio apartment, very clean and modern. The location is fantastic. Germantown has lots of great bars and restaurants. Around 30 mins brisk walk to Broadway. Also easy street parking right outside.
