Location wasn't exactly downtown but we used the shuttle once to get to the center. We used Uber the other times and it was easy and inexpensive. Hotel was very clean and is a new facility. We were a little nervous about cleanliness because the rooms are pet friendly and we didn't realize that until after booking. But, they did a good job. Breakfast was adequate but not super exciting. We would consider staying here again if we return to Nashville. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location isn't really all that walkable even though the distance doesn't seem that far.

Conveniently located off the interstate. Short distance to our destination, Nissan Stadium, and downtown gathering spots. Room was large, quiet, and clean. We only stayed one night but would be great for a longer trip. Every staff member we met greeted us and was very friendly. Check-in was fast and efficient.

Parking can get a little tight here. This seemed to be exacerbated by large vehicles parking over the lines, effectively using two spots. Even so, we were able to find a spot each time. Other than that (small) issue, we had no other dislikes.

The hotel was very nice (so clean) & staff were friendly and professional. We stayed one night to hang out in Downtown Nashville and it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was located a little further out from Downtown Nashville than I expected. Downtown Nashville was about a 3-5 min drive from the hotel which equated to about a 45 min walk. Also, I knew breakfast was included in the stay but the times were not given at check-in. I advise that staff be sure to make guests aware about breakfast times.

Hilton Home2’s are my absolute go to hotels you can’t beat the accommodations they have! booking.com made me book two nights in separate bookings rather than adding onto my one night for two so I had to check out and check back in. however the staff was kind and nice enough to keep me in the same room and allow me to just check out and in without having to leave my room! the staff is fantastic here!

not the property but I’d recommend booking through hiltons app just because it’s only 30$ more and less of a hassle to deal with and modify with the hotel directly. booking wouldn’t allow me to add another night and wanted to try to charge me 90$ more for one singular nights rate on top of the extra night.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Every staff member worked hard and very friendly. The cleaning staff was great. Always smiling and they worked very long hours. This will be where we will stay in the future when we return to Nashville. Front desk staff was very accommodating and went out of their way for everyone. Breakfast was great except for last 2 days when they ran out of eggs and only alternative was hard boiled eggs. But overall we had a great experience staying here.

The only thing i didnt like was that they only had hard boiled eggs the last 2 days of oir stay.

Breakfast was very good, many options. The hotel is well kept and very clean, although it does seem as if housekeeping doesn't vacuum tight around the beds. Can't see down there I guess, but if you drop something and get on your knees to look for it, you notice that they don't vacuum there. Otherwise a nicely maintained hotel.

It's right next to the freeway so very loud from traffic. We asked for a quiet room. I don't think the guy checking us in knew what that meant since he gave us a room toward the end of the hall near to the freeway. Bring ear plugs.

I needed to check in early. They were able to accommodate my request. This is a NEW property so a plus. The room layout was AWESOME. Great location with great value. I will be staying again very soon.

We loved the breakfast, how spacious the room was, and how close the hotel was in walking distance to multiple restaurants and a gas station!

When we arrived at 245pm our room was not ready. Understanding that check in is at 3pm but it was only 15 minutes early and the room should have been ready! The person behind the desk was accommodating and got a room for us, even though it was not the room we had originally booked.

I'm so satisfied with the whole accommodations given in this stay. The rooms are such a brilliant design and very roomy and cozy it really did feel like home. The staff were excellent and very respectful and courteous. Very already started looking at the chain in other city's along my route while I'm traveling this year.

Every expectation was met but the only other perk that would have rounded out the entire stay would have been a stove and a rooftop area to relax with a fire feature.

This hotel was so nice. The room had a kitchenette which was nice, facility was clean, the breakfast was good and there was a few restaurants nearby that could be walked to. Very nice pool, in-hotel laundry and fitness center. Nice sized parking lot as well.

The area was near some abandoned looking factories down the road but I liked everything about this hotel. I'd you want a hotel near downtown it's not super close but close enuff to get to amenities quickly
