Comfort Suites Nashville

The property is in a great location. Quick drive to downtown or the mall, but not right in the middle of everything which is what I wanted. I never did catch her name, but the front desk lady there in the evenings was awesome! When we first arrived she was having issues with phones, computers, etc but she still was really friendly! My kids loved the pool and didn’t want to leave it!

The only complaints I have is the beds were hard. I usually don’t comment about a bed at a hotel because I have back problems and am very picky about my beds, but even my 13 year old complained with how hard the bed was and this kid can sleep on anything! Also, in the shower there were like rust stains or something I believe from where water continuously dripped. Lastly, I wish there were more seating for breakfast. There was like one large family at breakfast that took all the chairs, not all of the tables, but all of the chairs. None of these are deal breakers. we still had a great time

The only complaint would be our first impression, as the girl at the front desk was rude and not able to help us in any of our requests upon our arrival. Fortunately, the next day Peach was at the reception and she was great and charming, thanks for your help!! We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, open from 6 am to 10 pm! And the hot breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room clean, the TV huge, and the bed & sofabed and pillows very comfortable! We loved the coffee machine in the room.

Very few tables and chairs during breakfast time. Although they solved the problem the next day opening the meeting room for breakfast. The hotel is located 20 min drive from the city center but we already knew that, and we found a nice pub and an amazing pizzeria (Sal's Pizza) at a walking distance. There were also some shops and a supermarket.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice, and the mattresses were very comfortable.

We noticed the pillows on the bed looked like throw pillows which would be very uncomfortable to sleep on, especially since we sleep in king size pillows at home. Upon further inspection, we found that the pillows were just horrible condition standard pillows folded over and wrapped in the pillow case to appear like small square pillows. Also the shower curtain does not close bc of the upward curved rod. The curtain rests in the center of the rod causing the curtain to stay in the middle so you have to throw towels on the floor to keep water from going all over the floor.

I liked the fact that, there were both hot and cold options for breakfast. Due to the covid restrictions, still amongst us there was still a variety to choose from.

The only downside was, that the pool was not operable at the time of my stay. That was one of the reasons, I booked at this hotel for the location and indoor pool.

Location is outside the busy city and the price reflects that. Room was comfortable and had extra space, nice for staying 6 days in.Bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, bathroom cleaned daily. Very quiet area. Breakfast had something for everyone and was constantly replenished. Pool was refreshing.

Pool area is unpleasant and needs paint and attention. Forgot to tell management microwave didn't work.

The breakfast was amazing and there was a good selection. The room was very clean and the water pressure was very good in the shower and sink. When walking into the room the smell was amazing! Very clean place.

The only thing that could of been improved is the indoor pool could have been warmer. It was freezing. Overall we enjoyed everything else and had no complaints. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!!!!

Large room, good location, pretty clean

They need more luggage carriers, we bring a lot of perishables and didn't want them to freeze in the car so we bring them to our room along with luggage. No carriers, I told the man behind the desk and he said we have 2 of them but people keep them in their room and don't bring them back to the lobby. Of course we were on the 4th floor and made 3 trips.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The first day I got to enjoy the pool. The next day the pool was closed for repair. This was a little disappointing.

For us Canadian it gets to be expensive, due to the exchange. (We have to multiply by 1.40 the price charged). Something should be done for us Canadian concerning the price we paid.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, giving me a complimentary juice for a low blood sugar, providing extra towels and tissues upon request, holding doors open for guests, etc. Also the breakfast each morning was wonderful, delicious, full of variety and well-stocked!

The seating area for the breakfast bar needed more chairs for the tables provided.

Peach at the front desk was beyond kind and helpful making sure we had everything we needed and even asking how our concert was upon returning to the hotel afterward. Room was clean and updated.

4 pillows equal 1 'real' one like you'd have at home which was awkward. Room had a closet that was very musty smelling & leaked into the room if AC wasn't running.
