We had to extend our stay and went through the hotel to book; thankful we could remain in the same room. For a total of 5 nights.

We didn't have hot breakfast for 3 days; their oven or something was broken. Also, when I booked through booking.com I made the reservations for our entire group. So multiple times the hotel charged MY credit card, even though I had the other rooms in the other persons name. So my friends had to pay me, but the hotel still messed up and I'm checking my credit card to make sure I or they were not double billed or I'm not getting the credits that I'm owed. 2 nights my friends had to pay me, then 1 night the person at the front desk could credit my account and bill theirs. It's still going on, I'm still trying to verify everything with the receipts I have and the charges to my credit card.

tucked away and close to airport- breakfast buffet awesome- beds were extremely comfortable- shuttle driver very friendly - they held our luggage on first day due to early arrival and we could go downtown (a plus)

5 days- room never serviced- I know we could have requested it- I laid used towels outside of room- had to get more from front desk- no biggie

I loved that the room had a fridge, a microwave and a Kurig. I loved the Dove products and mouth wash. The breakfast exceeded expectations with the bacon & turkey sausage & gravy. Enjoyed the yogurt too. The guy that checked me in was super nice. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was instant.

Only 2 small complaints, had to call and wait on hold 3 times for a hair dryer. And I did want plain green tea but all they had was green tea with pomegranate. The shuttle took almost almost 30 minutes to pick me up. All other shuttles from other hotels came and went.

Gentleman that greeted me at checkin was exceptional. Very polite and had good options for meals. Shuttle allowed me to ride to the airport with my elderly mother and waited for me while I took her inside the terminal. Then gave me a return ride back to the hotel. Shuttle driver was very nice. My shuttle left at 5:30 am.

The beverages for sale was out of most items. Had very little to choose from. Wish the bathroom had a exhaust fan for bathroom.

The breakfast was very good...we appreciated the hot choices.

We didn't get any maid service during our stay...had to ask for fresh towels and other supplies. Also parking was tight...had to walk quite a distance to get to the entrance.

Loved the breakfast, the location, the amenities, airport shuttle, size of room.

Hearing the planes in the morning. It woke me up a couple of times. I solved this issue by wearing ear plugs. I would stay here again.

We traveled much of the day to observe locations right in and around Nashville. We were in the hotel in the morning and then back again in the evening. We did enjoy the breakfast each morning.

The biggest issues that we had with the entire stay was the drainage of the shower bath and the flushing of the toilet. The drains must intersect because there seem to be often too much of a back up. The bathtub would fill near halfway during the shower. As you were draining the bathtub the toilet had a difficult time flushing completely.

The rooms and breakfasts and shuttles were wonderful

(1) Breakfast had coffe but no ice available. I had to walk to the ice vending machines to get ice for the coffee. (2) Expedia.com stated there was laundry available at this site. When we got there and asked the staff, they stated public laundry is not available. Not convenient since we intentionally packed light because we knew we could do laundry here. So when we couldnt, we had to go buy new clothes.

The location was good and easy to get to. The rooms were as described and staff was friendly. It was perfect for a two night stay.

There were some stains on the bed sheets. Also got charged a $30 holding fee, that was supposed to be returned to me. Still haven’t gotten that back.

I liked its proximity to the airport. It was clean. Bathroom was nice.

I found the room doors you could see light into the hall. Just the light. I found the doors to not be very secure, at least in the two rooms I was in. It could use a little facelift.. new carpet better room doors.
