Very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The parking could be better. The lot was packed every night causing a lot of cars to park on the curb and grass. Tractor trailers should be prohibited from parking onsite. An overflow lot would be helpful.

Loved the size and layout of the room and the amenities with a sink, microwave, fridge & coffee maker were nice. The hot breakfast in the morning was quite good. Was impressed with the indoor pool and fitness areas also. Most of the staff were terrific with only one exception.

A certain member of their night staff needs to know that it is a hotel and not a kennel. A dog was left in a room next to ours and barked constantly for hours. There was no rest to be had. I called the front desk several times and was told that my complaint was noted. When calling for the third time, after three ; hours, I was asked what was wrong and I replied "it's the stupid barking dog again"; after which, I was told "oooh, why does the dog have to be stupid?" and was lectured about my speech. I'm not listening to someone not doing their job about my word choices. I let the morning staff, who was lovely, know about my displeasure with such.

Breakfast was a good variety. Location good. Couch was nice. Big full size mirror a bonus. Good closet space. Nice kitchen area. Ceiling fan a plus. Friendly staff.

One elevator was not working and delayed everyone tremendously!!! Packed in there like sardines, unsafe. Other room that friends had, had a walk in shower. We needed one, they didn't. Soap offered in shower didn't lather up, glad I had a backup. Bed ok, but could be much better! Two TV's, too close together, couldn't use both at the same time. Coffee was not good at all. No flavored creamer. Cheap toilet paper for a $200 a night room! Overpriced even for Nashville. Parking not sufficient.

This place exceeded our expectations. The interior is updated with modern finishes and we had plenty of room. Kids loved the pool. We caught the 4:50AM shuttle to the airport- the shuttle serves both the sonesta select and its sister hotel, but it stopped at this location first, which ensured we made it to the airport on time (the shuttle runs every half-hour). The hot breakfast buffet doesn’t start until 6, but staff still had coffee and a continental breakfast out (yogurt, cereal, bagels) which was a nice surprise. We would stay here again!

Only a shower in the room, no tub, which might be hard if you have young kiddos.

The room was ample (there were five of us), the beds comfortable, and the (continental) breakfast good (as far as continental breakfasts at hotels of this caliber are concerned). There were several gluten-free options, as well as hot and cold food. Check in and check out were fine, the hotel was close to the airport and major highways, and more affordable compared to other hotels in Nashville on this weekend (graduation at Vanderbilt). We were fine with not having the room cleaned daily or having linens replaced during our four-night stay.

The room was short towels and blankets, and the quality of the linens was basic. They did give us sufficient towels when requested, however, so we were certainly not without them.

The room was clean, comfortable. The property had plenty of room to walk our dog, and we were able to park on site without high parking charges. The on-site breakfast had a lot of offering, and for as full as the hotel was it was very quiet.

Almost all the staff were helpful and friendly. We did find ourselves needing help or a recommendation and one of the staff came across as rude. Not sure if they were having a bad day or if that was normal for this person, however we didn’t consider it worth it to say anything. I do feel like that soured the stay a bit.

The hotel and our room was clean. Some details were left uncleaned but I can live with what it looked like. I loved the fact that the hotel was pet friendly and that they had a gym and a laundry mat on property. We will be traveling back to Nashville in the future and we will be staying here with our fur baby.

I didn’t care for the fact that the housekeepers could not speak English. While I believe everyone has a right to work I believe that everyone should speak English. This is America after all. I did not travel to a foreign county.

Lovely breakfast, room and wonderful bed mattressesd love the extra sleeper couch. Liked the shuttle for $15 per person at night time, comfortable not to worry about parking in downtown.

The one lift was out of service and we had to wait long at times, staying on the 6th floor The shower cleansing soap and shampoo bracket came from the wall and was lying broken on floor before we entered the room, it was only fixed after we left (as requested). The $100 is way to much for a deposit, but was not reduced on the bille, thanks!

The staff were excellent, especially the lady who was on overnight most evenings and the breakfast staff. So friendly and helpful even though the hotel was very busy

The rooms could have been cleaner, there were some marks on the toilet floor and it did not seem to have been throughly cleaned. We also asked for a mid stay clean within the notice period requested however they were unable to fulfill. The staff did provide us with clean towels and toilet paper when asked however

location! it was only 1 mile from airport and close to the municipal auditorium as well. restaurants and Walgreen's were within walking distance. suite was very comfortable. i loved that i was able to plug my laptop.'s hdmi into the tv and stream. i liked how the room was setup so the desk was around the corner so i could work without distraction (if i had actually had to work). will be back.

only thing i didn't like was the $100 incidental fee i was charged, but it was reversed next day by th time i got back to ATL. they couldn't give me an early check in, but considering i got there before 11am, this was understandable.
