The indoor "heated" POOL! 😔Please check into changing close time from 10pm til at least 2am in the morning!!! ALL else was AWESOME 👍! Thx u🌻

Fact of NOT being able to SWIM past 10:00pm in the indoor POOL!!!!! Please work on this being changed! Then to have to pay your incidentals by cash, so that you won't have to bear a 3-5 days wait for the money to be returned back to my card!!!😔 Also, not having regular bacon at times during breakfast, rather than heavy pork pattie biscuits on a regular!!! Thx u much

The room was beautiful and clean. It had a lovely kitchen and I really appreciated the full sized fridge. The breakfast was really good too, with healthier options. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful.

They where testing the fire alarms when I went and I was traveling with my 6 month old daughter. So trying to get her to nap was very difficult. I also would have appreciated being told about the testing by the lady working at the desk when I checked in. They had a sign on the door but it was so long I didn't read the whole thing and it really freaked me out.

Me and friend brought our families to Nashville for the weekend. We booked at the exact same time and when we checked out his bill was $70 less than mine and they had no explanation as to why. We booked the exact same room at the exact same time. I’ve called several times and no one will help me

The staff!!! Absolutely wonderful and helpful and understanding during those canceled flights, stuck out of home, half way to the vacation spot with a family. Just fantastic. And there was lovely complimentary breakfast offered in the morning. I’d support this place and its people again.

All of the staff we encountered was very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, room was spacious, water pressure was great, The room was stocked with everything we needed. The Kids loved the heated pool. Location is convenient to most popular attractions. Breakfast was good with multiple options and staff on hand to help keep thing's stocked and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The utensils in the kitchen are scarce, the knives were very dull, This isn't something we complained about as I'm sure had we requested it different knives could've been furnished. We only cooked one night so we made do. The noise from the planes is a bit loud early AM but that's to be expected given the location.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and funny. The pillows & bed were so comfortable. There were separate thermostats for the bedroom and living room. The best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Great breakfast even in the last hour of service. Very clean. We were able to get a room just a few doors down from our family, even though we checked in the day after them.

Extremely pleasant staff. We were greeted warmly by each and every staff member that crossed our path. The room had everything we needed.

The corners in the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. There were yucky hairs that were not from my daughter or myself.

Convenient location, spacious room to accommodate our family of 6, good selection of hot and cold breakfast, security on site patrolling the parking lot

Fan in bathroom didn’t work, some outlets in the room didn’t work either

I love the large room and the bed was super comfortable, I got some good sleep, also the breakfast was good and coffee.. I will be back again..

Great location, close to everything without being in the heart of chaos! The staff were kind and made sure we had all accommodations.

I did have a negative on the property, I’d stay here again.
