The room was large with a lovely seating area and extremely comfortable bed. The shower was large and lots of clean white towels. Good toiletries. The view was fabulous and location very good as close, walking distance to the main areas. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room and all of the reception and lounge areas were very cold. This meant we couldn't sit there and eat an evening meal or just enjoy sitting in the lovely lounge area. The breakfast was only adequate. There was a lack of choice and variety. We stayed for 6 nights so we're aware of it. Seemed to run out of food. On a couple of occasions we asked for something to be replaced, milk for example, but they said there was no more. But then on one occasion did replace it. At times, on the weekend, there was not enough seating for everyone. Often there was no ceramic mugs only paper cups and sometimes plastic knives and forks and polystyrene plates. They just didn't seem to have enough of anything really.

Location great, staff was very friendly, location location location.

Every morning the jack hammers started in the adjacent building, and in a city where sleeping in a bit past 8am is routine, it was impossible to do. If there had been notice of the construction next door before booking I would have gone to a different Hyatt. Not a huge deal, but it's a weekend, you know there are huge crowds coming in and how many are in your hotel, and you charge premium prices per night, and you run out of silverware and dishes each morning for the "free" breakfast? Someone in customer service has to know when your guests pay the rates they do, and you advertise the best breakfast, your guests expect to have available clean silverware and bowls and plates no matter what time they come down for breakfast or how many rooms are booked. Cmon, its the start of the day...

Easy walk to Broadway and the major attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Valet parking was very disappointing for $50 per day. On arrival, we had to retrieve the luggage carrier and unpacked our own bags, despite the fact that the valet was standing @ his counter curb side, busy with his phone. Then when we checked out, I sent a text message as requested before going downstairs. Waited for 20 minutes, asked the front desk for help twice and then the valet brought up the wrong car. Very poor service.

We were extremely happy with the front desk, friendliness, and accommodation. The room itself was clean and roomy enough with a nice seating area and well laid out. The bedding was very comfortable with nice linens. overall, we were very happy with the room. The exercise room was clean, and in good condition The Breakfast was also excellent. We did not use the pool

We had no complaints at all about the property. If there was a hot tub by the pool, that would have been the only improvement. As it was, we were not tempted to try the pool.

Either the booking system or staff charged me for the room two different prices on two different cards. The issue was resolved but staff seemed unsure about the questions I asked. I had also told them I did valet parking and they charged me for self parking on my card and I kept getting texts that I needed to pay my parking. Another staff member told me we were suppose to pay it through a third party instead of the desk. I was so confused! They may have been new.

We liked being close to everything. We liked the young guy on the Valet. He was a hustler! Wish I knew his name.

We didn’t like the air conditioning vent blowing on the bed! The sliding glass door entrance to the bathroom would NOT stay shut unless locked. There wasn’t any small light to leave on to lead you to the bed or bathroom. Couldn’t leave the bathroom light on, because it was too bright coming through the glass door. There wasn’t a ice machine on our floor. Had to go to another floor! The room card didn’t work half the time in the elevator when trying to go up. It would not pick up!

Location was great! Room and view were amazing! Breakfast was also better than expected!

The parking situation is horrible! I was aware of the cost 42$ a night and was willing to pay it however when you get there there are no signs telling you where you should park and when you do find the entrance you can’t get without a key card. Push button for assistance goes to a voicemail. We waited 20 minutes for someone to help us get in.

Loved that the breakfast was included every day and that selection was huge. Also, the time frame of 3 hrs was great, that way we could sleep in a bit if we wanted. Loved that it was in walking distance of the things we wanted to see and do the most.

No working exhaust fan in the bathroom? But then again perhaps that’s how it was meant to be? The shelf inside the shower had been heavily chalked and when I tried sitting my items on it, completely fell off the wall. It just needed to be chalked again but the job needed to be done a lot better then it had been. More professionally done.

We loved the location of the hotel and it was very clean and up to date! I loved the shower… it was roomy with strong water spray from shower head! TV was huge and the A/C was pretty quiet. In fact the hotel was quiet even in the hallways! The beds were comfortable and the security was top notch! My total bill with parking and taxes was $441.00 for one night which is a bit pricey in my opinion but rather comparable to the others downtown! It was my husbands 67th birthday!

A bit expensive for one night! Also, my son left his car keys behind and when we called the hotel the staff at the front desk told us to talk to housekeeping but they didn’t answer and no one called us back about it! So we are going to have to get a locksmith to come over to my house to cut a new key on a key fob for $261.00 He should of left his keys at home cuz we didn’t even drive his car, we drove mine! Kids!!!! We went to a Tennessee Titans game! We live 2 hours from Nashville in Evansville, Indiana! Wish the hotel would call us about the keys! The breakfast bar was just ‘okay’ but food lacked flavor and was a bit bland

I liked the breakfast. Would have liked breakfast and gravy. I liked the location. Felt safe especially having to use my fob for access to elevator.

Parking cost was outrageous. Needed more blankets in the room. I tried to change the date of my stay and move it one night from a Tuesday night to a Wednesday night because of the Hyatt strike we heard on the news but a manager could not be reached and the answer was just no.
