close enough to the downtown, quiet area, staff was very nice. breakfast was good every morning g.

The breakfast was very good, they had everything from eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal ....... the only thing I wish they would have had was oatmeal. It food was filled up as soon as it was empty. Wish they had a couple more tables for seating, when we got there , no seating was left!

The housekeeping was not the good. On her way to our floor, There were two piles of stains on the rug (not sure if was puke or spilled food) that were left ton the rug in the hallway for three days. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were obviously not refilled in awhile, by the third day I had no conditioner! The towels were very limited and small to take a shower.

I liked the proximity to downtown. I also liked the neighborhood - it was quiet and friendly. I really liked the size of the room, too and the fact that I couldn't hear people through the walls much (if at all).

The bathroom door would NOT stay closed. No matter how hard we pulled or tried to rest it shut, it always rolled open. Didn't bother me and my partner a TON, but the privacy would have been nice for certain moments. Instead it just felt like we were always watching the other person.

The shuttle was very convenient, on time to get us to the airport in the morning. We had peace of mind being able to book the shuttle the night before we left so we knew it would be there for us in the morning. Room was comfortable and very clean. The shower was really nice. Front desk staff were friendly and kind, they let us check in a couple hours early which was extremely helpful.

The air conditioner in the room was just a little loud.

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was good to. Hotel was neat and clean.

The mattress kept sliding when you went to sit on the bed because they are on a platform bed. My last day there went down for breakfast an hour and a half before ending time and the were out of things like cups you put your waffle batter in to make your waffle, bacon,eggs ( staff bought out more eggs). The elevators were warm when you get in them and told front desk when I arrived but still warm when I checked out. Other wise loved the place. Off the main roads but not far from downtown.

The hotel was back in the trees 🌳 and away from noise. The room was generously sized, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very modern. They need better toilet paper 🧻 though. The breakfast was good, too.

The first night I was woken up by noise from the 3rd floor. There was a youth hockey 🏒 team that had checked in and their chaperones let them run wild. They took over the lobby and were allowed to run amuck. The front desk clerk offered to change rooms, but it would've been a hassle.

I loved everything!! I will definitely stay here again!! the lady at the front desk was personable and very easy to talk to. the room was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect. the rates were excellent.

the only thing I didn’t like is that I wasn’t able to stay longer!! I will be back!!

Outstanding property with very accommodating staff. Free airport Shuttle begins at 4:30 am. Beds and sheets were superior. Easy check in process. Full delicious breakfast included Restaurant close by. Rooms were very clean. Excellent Internet service. Very close to BNA airport. We will stay here there again.

Loved it all!

The location was close to freeway and not far from downtown Nashville. The room was perfect size and clean. Breakfast was good and had several options. I loved the gym size and equipment.

Despite having a nice gym, I did not like the cleanliness. There were dust bunnies and the trashcan was overflowing. There was no alcohol wipes for the machines. Even after telling staff, I went the next day and found nothing changed. I felt that should have been taken seriously.

The beds were extremely comfortable and that made the hotel

5 mins into checking our room staff came and said we had a noice complaint because the tv was too loud and she said the walls are thin..seems hardly our fault and the tv was at a normal level she made a remark she could hear it off the elevator but we were in room 303 there is zero way you heard our tv from the elevator from room 303 all the way down the hall… was just a sour thing to happen about 10 mins after getting to our room!
