The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and everything was clean & looked up kept for the most part.

The bathroom was awkwardly small making it odd just to shut the door while standing in there. There was also a small hole in the ceiling above our bed that we noticed when some very small pieces of ceiling fell down onto the bed. We called the front desk and they offered to give us another room but we asked if we could just have some duct tape put over the hole until we checked out instead because we didn't want to move rooms over something so small. The staff was quick to bring it to us and it did the trick but I do feel it is worth mentioning so that it gets fixed before it gets worse.

the hotel is not big but the room was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable, it has a couch , a desk, fridge , coffee maker and microwave. I loved the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, , body wash and the fresh scent of the body lotion. the bed was very comfy, I also enjoyed the gym and free breakfast , the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is great! I went for a convention at the Gaylord, it’s about 1 mile away, but the Hyatt provided us with a shuttle. I stayed 4 nights and I totally enjoyed it

Good location 5 minute drive to Opry House/Opry Mills and they offer a shuttle to Broadway for a reasonable fee to save on parking fees. Staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond to meet any requests. Room was good size, very clean and Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will be staying again next time I am on the area.

I felt the bathroom was very small, and for a family of five there were only 4 towels. There was no spare blanket in the room to use on the pull out sofa bed. Not really a complaint as these are minor issues and staff was great in getting me everything I needed but I feel these are areas that could be improved on

Location was good, cleanliness is always a concern and it was most definitely clean! Loved that they had a streaming network already programmed into the tv. Hospitality was grade A+, Robert is absolutely wonderful! We loved him! Super sweet!

We were told the entire hotel was under construction with the TV situation, so we did have only 4 channels that would come through, and weren’t able to take advantage of the streaming with google chrome. But over all good stay!

Staff was great and the room was comfortable. I asked when we checked in if the room was in a quiet location and was told yes; however, we were right by the kitchen so in the early morning we got woken up by loud staff/kitchen activities. I just wish we’d been able to rest more but otherwise had a good experience.

Loved the suite feel of the separated lounge and sleep area. The staff was super welcoming especially Jessie, she makes an awesome margarita too. Location was perfect for us, 6 minutes to the mall, 20 to the zoo and we could have walked to Cooters. The 3rd party van to downtown was super convenient as well since that was one place I would not care to drive.

The bathroom could have been a little bigger.

The breakfast was a good variety. Sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereal, pastries, etc. Rooms were comfortable. Location is great. Very near Opryland & Grand Ole Opry and many other attractions. Far enough away from downtown but close enough also, if that makes sense. Pool was nice.

Had to wait a considerable amount of time twice when we needed something from the desk & they weren't the friendliest when taking care of us. The "bar" advertised is just on the opposite side of the wall from check-in & it is miniscule. We went elsewhere to drink.

Breakfast options were "ok"

The hotel was overbooked and I had to walk over to the Hampton Inn and Suites, then I had to check out before 11 am the next morning which wasn't explained to me when I checked in. I had to leave my conference in order to remove my things from the Hampton Inn and Suites and check into my room at Hyatt Place. Very inconvenient.

Staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, and breakfast had a good assortment to choose from. Great location too. Not centered in chaos, but close enough to make it very convenient to go everywhere quickly.

Bathroom was very small and had mold, but did have great water pressure.

Awesome location to the Grand Ole Opry, and only a short drive into downtown Nashville. The Hyatt provided an excellent breakfast everyday with many choices from cereal cold and hot, grits and gravey, eggs, waffles and even peanut butter and jelly along with fresh fruit, home fries and delicious coffee. The beds are very comfortable even the pillows were nice and fluffy.

They have a beautiful pool but unfortunately they do not open it until May, which is sad because the weather was so warm and it would have been nice to relax in it.
