Comfort Inn Nashville – Opryland Area

Very nice place for just myself! I liked how when I arrived, they front desk was friendly and check in was easy. I got it all paid for, went to my room and when I walked in, it was very roomy for the price. It came with a nice chair, good A/C and a desk along with the king sized bed. The breakfast was pretty much normal for a hotel, though they had a nifty waffle maker! Definitely good for a night stay in Nashville.

The parking was a bit small, but that's about it. A few bumps in the road and the area seems a little bit shady, but all in all it wasn't that bad!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and I loved the location of my room- 2nd Floor far enough away from the elevator, but close enough to the vending machines/ice if needed. Loved the coffee machine options all day long and the flavored water.

Breakfast- it was scrambled eggs and sausage patties or Waffles (For a hot meal) all four days that I Was there. I was hoping for sausage gravy or something else to mix it up being in the South. The only fruit was apples. Vending machines were cash only and often exact change only. The water machine was sold out three out of five days.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, bed was nice (maybe too soft, buy that's my preference.). The hotel always smelled SO GOOD! And the breakfast was great. Not too many choices, but just enough to get us up and going for the day. The coffee was amazing!! Also it was available 24/7!! That's a HUGE plus for me!

The bathroom is tiny... and the vanity area was very poorly lit. Actually the lighting in the entire room wasn't very good at all. I had to open the curtain in the mornings to see how to get ready. That was really my only complaint. Other than the snack machines didn't take cards, but we got cash off-site.

The property was clean! also, the manager/owner was very honest when we left behind an Apple Watch.

Loved the bed. Can I find out what kind of mattress I slept on? Room was clean and tidy.

May want to put families on one floor, wing, etc. The screaming children were a bit hard to take. Parents did nothing to stop kids from yelling, slamming doors, etc.

Staff was not overly friendly but was polite & helpful, whole facility was clean, awesome location for our needs, breakfast was well stocked with a variety of food choices, linens were great with lots of comfy pillows on the bed, room noise was comfortably quite.

Bathroom is very small, although bed linens were great, mattress not so comfy.

YOUR STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE. WE HAD A MISHAP ON TRANSPORTATION FROM OPRYLAND AND WE CALLED THE COMFORT INN.HURSTON YOUR EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY CAME AND PICKED US UP AFTER HIS SHIFT WAS OVER AND BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR ROOM.I WAS AMAZED THAT HE WOULD DO THIS FOR US.HURSTON WENT OVER AND ABOVE AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET HIS KINDNESS THANKS

Comfortable room with easy access and very close to Opryland area. Staff was always pleasant and helpful especially the manager.

We made reservations for 3 nights but when we got there they only had rooms reserved for 2 nights. Even though it was an online booking issue, the manager assured us it would be taken care of and not to worry. After telephoning booking.com everything was straightened out satisfactorily.

Great location, just a short drive to the Grand Ole Opry. The beds were comfy. There is a shuttle to downtown for a small charge. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom is very small. The ice machine is really loud. It was down the hall and sounded like it was right outside our door.

Very clean. Comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay in the exact room again. It was on the first floor and 2 doors down the hall from the breakfast area and front doors. The bathroom was a little small but it was fine with it being only me and my husband.
