clean & location

no breakfast in such an expensive hotel, not even restaurant, nor coffee in lobby. enough for me not come back!

The restaurant was really good! The bed was soft! The customer service was great from the front desk on down! We only stayed one night, did not spend much time at the hotel as we checked in, ate supper, got dressed and took the shuttle bus to the Grand Old Opry! The indoor pool looked wonderful and I really wanted to swim after the Opry, but the gates were locked and the pool was closed!! Soo disappointing!

They should keep the pool open longer hours so that if you go to the Opry, you can come back afterwards and take a swim before bed! Everything else was really nice and exceeded our expectations!

The staff was exceptional in all ways. Gracious and helpful in difficult situations . Understanding and kind . The cleaning staff were amazing and he4lpful. I will be coming back. Thank you.

The restaurant needs to be open later . Maybe earlier too with a breakfast menu. Better communications with the shuttle company would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel is beautiful. I love the whole setup of the hotel with pool and hot tub being located inside with the rooms overlooking them. The restaurant is awesome. Great food, great service.

My only complaint is the beds. They are full size but most hotels offer a queen. Also, it would be nice if they offered rooms with a sleeper sofa for larger families.

The staff greeted us and was knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

I didn't like that there was a sign on the desk that said the shuttle ran between 6:50 am to 7 pm. The staff told us that the shuttle starts running at 7:50. I only booked this hotel because of transportation to the convention center across the street.

The indoor pool was great. They're were several local restaurants. Close to downtown and across the street from Gaylord Opryland and we were able to use our room key card to enjoy that hotel as well. The Opry Mills mall was next door which was great for shopping. Overall a great trip!

The showers where very small, my husband is 6'5" and it made it difficult for him, but the bathroom was clean and worked great for the rest of us

Friendly front desk, great pool area

The blocked off parking at night with no reflectors to guide traffic as to where to go, no food with hotel, and poor customer service from SALES to book a future event there. That has been the most disappointing bc calls, voicemails, nor emails have worked. What needs to happen to change this?

The room was clean and spacious. I mostly appreciated the bathroom (where the tub/toilet was located); it looked new, the water pressure was great, and the towels were soft. Love that there are recycling bins in the room - that's super important.

The campus is large, so the front desk was far from my room. I had a ton of bags and there were no rolling carts available. It was a pain having to carry my bags far. Could hear my neighbors slightly, but I was too tired to mind.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly, They tackle any issues right away, our Iron wasn't working and we let one of the worker that was close to our room and he immediately stop what he was doing/ where he was going and provide us with a new Iron.

I have no complaints

The Interior room was very nice, and bright and clean. Location was perfect, with free shuttle to the Gaylord Resort and to the Mall. Short drive to airport and downtown.
