Convenient location very close to The Grand Ole Opry and a very nice large mall. Modern room, setup nicely with a kitchen-would be perfect for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and helpful with some good suggestions on restaurants etc. We took advantage of the shuttle service that charges $10.00 per person round trip that drops you off at the Country music Hall of Fame building which is several blocks from the Honky Tonk area downtown-which was a lot of fun to go to. I think that there are over 30 bars in that area with some multi level including rooftop bars with each level having different performers simultaneously. Being Nashville every band was very good not matter where you went. They took requests and played a variety of music-not just country and the police shut down the main road at night so it had a Marti Gras\Vegas feel at night. There is a pedestrian bridge nearby that you can take excellent pictures of the Nashville skyline. Note: it is a bit confusing where to park at The Grand Old Opry so familiarize your self,in advance if you are seeing a show there which I highly recommend-they have numerous performers showing a variety of styles of country music.

it was outside of the city of nAshville so it wasn’t so busy that you heard nightlife. i came with my mom and she liked that it wasn’t too hustle bustle. it was also easy to find parking and our room was enormous and possibly the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Mot exaggerating. The guy who checked us in was so friendly, to the point that we were informed that if we had called ahead to book directly with Residence Inn instead of a third party, he could’ve saved us 30.00 a night, for a total of close to 100.00. I will keep that in the back of my mind for next time.

nothing. the property itself was wonderful. i would say that the road or street the property is on needs some shine and polish. some of the surrounding. buildings look worn down.

Edna, the front desk concierge was amazing! Her smile was infectious and she had the most pleasant demeanor. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. A REAL GEM

The breakfast was HORRIBLE!! AS MUCH MONEY AS I SPENT FOR MY ROOM I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO OUT FOR BREAKFAST OR TO BUY ITEMS TO COOK FOR BREAKFAST! THE SECURITY SUCKS BIG TIME!! SOMEBODY CAR WINDOWS GOT BURST OUT. IF THERE IS NIGHT SECURITY WHERE WERE THEY. I'LL TELL YOU. HANGING WITH THEIR FRIENDS IN THE PARKING LOT.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Had to stay here for a work conference and it was close to where I needed to be everyday. Also great location for finding food and other entertainment.

The rooms were okay. The problem I believe was with the person that was assigned to clean our room before we got there. The cleaner did not change the sheets on the fold out bed - and we found out there weren't supposed to be sheets on there at all. They also put the toaster in the oven and we didn't find out until we pre-heated the oven to make a meal. This was the worst part. We started to smell burnt rubber and then saw the toaster in the oven. If this is policy, it should be changed - it is very dangerous.

Location was great for Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall and Cooters, a few very nice bars in the area, Music City Bar and Grill and Nashville Palace especially good and friendly. Extremely friendly staff.

Couldn't complain at all.

I booked through booking.com sadly and my stay did not include a breakfast. However, the hotel allowed my kids and I to have breakfast the following morning. Thank you.

I had 4 people and only 3 towels were in the room. This was not too big a deal, just couldn't understand why I booked for 4 people and only was stocked for 3. Also, the pool was really cold. Other than that, it was a nice room.

Breakfast was Ok but due to limited personnel the food and sometimes coffee were missing or required a wait. Staff was courteous and tried to make things right, but... a bit disappointing (based on previous stays at other Residence Inn locales).

Have Covid "pandemic" over with and people back to work (things back to somewhat normal). Again, due to staff shortages, breakfast, room and shuttle service were sparse or lacking altogether. Cheers to the staff that was there to help. Maintenance adjusted room temperature so we were comfortable. We could get clean towels, etc provided we brought them down to front desk for replacement (a bit of an inconvenience).

I have to give a shout out to Valorie that took my calls when I was having issues confirming my reservations!! She was awesome and very polite and patient!! Breakfast and location were very good.

The lighting in the room could have been better, a little too dim for us.

our room was very clean and spacious! we really enjoyed the amenities too!

at one point during our trip there was some confusion with our reservation and another guest was sent to our room. this was upsetting for us as we were in the room when the guest tried to enter. the staff was very apologetic and handled the situation well by reimbursing us for a night of our stay.

good location, very friendly staff and our second room was great!

we were “upgraded” to a handicap accessible room the 1st night. this was not an upgrade. we expected to get a room that we booked. The breakfast during the “weekdays” was less than ideal with a warmed egg, sausage bagel that had little taste and had a consistent of rubber.
