Location is very close to most everything in Pigeon Forge. Very convenient.

The location is right on a main street. It was loud with big trucks, motorcycles, loud cars, and just the volume of traffic. The noise started early every morning. It wasn’t too bad at night after 11:00pm - midnight. One night we were woken up about 4:30am by the trash trucks emptying the business bins around the hotel location. It was extremely loud with them picking up and then banging the huge bins back down. This lasted half an hour or more. If you want quiet relaxation, rent a cabin.

We thought that the location was wonderful. This place was centrally located- Mel’s Diner (across the street), walking distance to shopping (including Margaritaville), and a short drive to the Titanic Museum and Great Smokey Mountains National Park, to name a few. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were tall, which we really enjoyed. The room was quiet.

At first we didn’t like that the room was open to the outdoors (rather than being enclosed in a building) but then we really enjoyed the convenience of being able to go to our car easily and sitting outside our room.

Location was great for Pigeon Forge. There is a red light towards the back of the property for easy exits that aren't always easy in Pigeon Forge. Our AC wasn't working when we got there. Called the front office and they had a new unit installed and cooling the room within the hour! That was impressive!

One of the elevators was questionable. The door would open and close sometimes 2-3 times before starting to your floor.

located in a decent area. walking distance to Mel’s diner across street and other restaurants. walking distance to other attractions depending on what your looking to do. staff nice. area clean.

very busy traffic area when trying to pull in and out of parking lot. it looked like the room was very clean except toothpaste on faucet but I will chalk that up to an oversight considering the cleanliness of everything else. toilets are super low. I’m 5’3 and I thought this is a child height stool. beds were good for one night but second night caused my back to hurt. little firm for my taste. didn’t realize it was so dog friendly. other guests had some unruly dogs that they barely could control. made me nervous walking close to them.

Great location to restaurants and entertainment. Friendly checking in. Comfortable beds and pillows. Was very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. The pool looked inviting, but everybody seemed to be enjoying it, though we did not have time to do so. Parking was great for our big truck with trailer. Would stay here again.

People smoking outside on the ledges and having to walk through that. That might need to be addressed.

Rooms are very clean and breakfast is excellent and it's free , the staff are always so friendly and helpful, we asked for more towels an a blanket and the woman at the front desk was at our room in five minutes with towels and a blanket. They are very friendly

The pool was old and looks like it used to have a hot tub and they took it out and put some cheap landscaping stones around a plastic pipe with water coming out

the location was good. getting out onto the main road was a little tricky and was a pain at times but not too bad considering where it’s located. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast decent. we stayed right next to the pool and breakfast which made a short walk for both with was awesome. Also didn’t even hear the breakfast crowd in our room. the pool was very warm which was great. , I think it’s a salt water pool? it tasted like salt water so if it’s not, then it probably should be drained and refilled. breakfast foods were always full.

the room we stayed in could really benefit the rug being washed. baby crawled on the floor the first day and her knees got filthy in minutes, so we never left her do it again. One of the outlets next to the bed was lose so my phone kept not charging (not a big deal, just very annoying). pool could use updating due to crack and such.

Room was good - bed was comfortable. No in room services while we were there, we liked that. Only attended the breakfast room on the morning we left - seemed good.

Not that you can control this but the traffic noises are very audible with there being no hallway - however we liked being able to walk right outside or sit on the balcony.
