The room was clean, large and beds comfortable. Pool hours were great with the indoor pool being open 24 hours. The outdoor hot tub was EXCELLENT. Right on the parkway. They also had a jumping pad for the kids which was a bonus.

Not a good smoking area. The indoor pool was in the front building and the outdoor pool was by the back building. We were in the back building so we had to cross a big parking lot to get to the indoor pool. The elevators were small.

We arrived to the property early and and asked the front desk of if we were able to check in. It was only 12:30 but they checked to see if our room was available , not only was it available to check in early but they upgraded our from from a standard with two Queen beds to a large king room with a fireplace free of charge. My parents also made a mistake and didn’t finish their reservation so once they got to the hotel they didn’t have a room. The front desk was very accommodating and even gave them a discount on every night stayed and did her best to make sure our rooms were close together. The pool was clean and they always had plenty of towels out to use. This is the 4th stay at this hotel and it’s always very pleasant.

The blanket on our bed was covered in visible hard brown stains and had a lot of large holes in it. We removed that cover and didn’t use it during our stay and left a note for the housekeeping noting the issue on the blanket.

The property is in a good location, close to everything! Across the street from the island. Pretty good parking as long as you’re not too late getting in at night. Free breakfast was very good with plenty of options and plenty of seating. Lobby always has coffee and tea available. Outdoor pool is very nice as well as the indoor pool and hot tub! Rooms are clean (a little dust), bright white clean bed linens and towels and very comfy beds and pillows! In room fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board. Price was reasonable compared to others nearby.

No biggie but the smell was a little strong when we first went into the room each time. I’m thinking an air freshener of some sort that we just didn’t prefer.

The location was great! The facilities were all pretty clean and the staff was nice. The rooms were cozy. The breakfast was pretty good. I loved being in building B because it felt more private and having breakfast downstairs along with the pool and hot tub just made our day.

I would’ve liked some fresh cut fruit options for breakfast and the warmer for the biscuits seemed to make them hard. Our pool needed skimmed and the hot tub had sand in it thanks to some kids. All these things are just something that could’ve Made it better. The only real complaint I have is that the beds were really hard. My back and shoulders were messed up for a couple of weeks after leaving. Make sure to bring a blanket for each bed if you can’t sleep with a thin blanket and sheet

The room was exceptional clean. The beds were very comfortable and had bed bug preventing mattress covers. The indoor pool was open 24 hours and was clean and the hot tub was as well. There are two buildings and we were in the second one. It is set up motel style meaning that your door faces outside to a concrete walkway. There is a bouncing pad fenced in on the property for the kids, as well as a whole outside pool and hot tub that would, of course, only be available in the warmer months. It is right in the center of the strip in Pigeon Forge so great location. Breakfast had lots of choices and all that I tried was good.

There were literally no show stoppers here. Some noise from other patrons but that isn't in any way the hotels fault and we would have liked to have a bit more time to enjoy the outside amenities that closed at 10 pm, but that, again, was our fault in scheduling our time not the fault of the hotel. They have to have some sort of time schedule.

The location was amazing. You're just a few minutes' drive from everything. I suppose you could walk to most things too but we chose not to due to two small kids. They had the best hotel breakfast I have ever had with plenty of options. You didn't have to eat the same thing every morning. My kids LOVED the indoor pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were very soft. We didn't hear any noise from any other guests. The front desk was very polite when I interacted with them. Showers had great water pressure. We didn't see any bugs! I think the price was well worth it. We will be staying here in the future.

If i had to nit pick, the hotel is in 2 buildings. We were in the building that didn't have the indoor pool (the only pool open at the time) we had to cross the street with 2 little ones to get to it. If we had been in the pool building, we would have had to cross the rd to get to breakfast. Thankfully, it wasn't a very busy road. The pool water visibly had stuff floating on top and wasn't clear. I don't know if it was too much chemicals or what, but my kids still enjoyed it. Other guests decided not to get in because of it though.

The location was great. It was directly across the street from the Island which we were interested in going to. Great pancake house just a few steps away from hotel. Very comfortable bed and the room was clean.

The only thing that was not great is the fact that the receptionist told me that there was breakfast on site, but I never found it. But really that is my fault. I could have gone back to the desk and ask but I was a little embarrassed after she had already told me. This is not fault of the hotel whatsoever. They would have been glad to help me.

Hot breakfast in the morning is nice. We really enjoyed the waffle makers and the syrup dispenser. The dining area was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great and the indoor pool is open 24 hours a day.

The only thing I did not care for was the lack of gym equipment in the weight facility and having to use a spare key to access what little equipment they did have. I had no other issues during our experience.

I love the location of this motel my family and I spent most of the four days that we was there at the islands. It was walking distance everything pretty much was walking distance I love to walk so that’s what my preference where is when I was looking for a motel, was finding one that was close to everything where I could walk.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It has been far one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a very long time and I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be staying here next year. 

This was our second stay. It is clean and convenient. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Having breakfast was also nice.

The first morning we were there they ran out of milk, fresh fruit, and yogurt over an hour before the breakfast ended. There were no signs indicating that they were out of those items, nor were they replaced. I will say that this did not happen again during our stay. I would like to see a wider variety of options, especially meat options other than sausage.
