The lone complaints were bad wifi, and not a full breakfast being served. Not enough parking.

The price and location are awesome! We had a comfortable stay, and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here the past 4 years because its always clean and every one is friendly the location is perfect.

Only thing we were not pleased with this time is our check in was October 24th at 4:00 we didn't arrive till about 40 minutes after 4 yet still did not get into our room till well after 6 ONLY because the supervisor needed to inspect it.. The room was clean and ready to go when we got there but the supervisor who was out and about in the property still hadn't inspected it. We were the only ones there checking in so I'm pretty sure she could of been contacted someway while we were paying to do her check. If it wasn't for that I definitely would of given it a 10.

We were there to attend the car rally so the location was A+ to look at old cars and walk around. The location was also great for walking to the Island and different resturants. The room was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. There were some minor issues like peeling paint in the bathroom and 1 bug wanting to enjoy the room but that can happen anywhere. The mattress was wonderful-if we could have figured out how to take it home it would be gone-just kidding. But it was the best night's sleep in a long time. No breakfast due to Covid but there were many places near by. I think the price is a little high for an older facility and no breakfast but it is in line with other hotels in the area.

Parking is a little tight and there are alot of tripping hazards in the lot due to drainage problems I would guess. The bathroom showed it had been updated but there were no safety bars. This is really important for older people and I would image to prevent lawsuits.

Our room was clean and we received clean towels every day. The big jetted tub was amazing. The small refrigerator in the room was perfect for our beverages. The location was great. We walked to several attractions and even breakfast and dinner locations were within walking. The Island is right at your front door. We love the Island and being able to walk to and from there is a great advantage for us.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and I like watching network television ( NBC. ABC. CBS. FOX) before bed and it wasn't available. I know it was vaction but I still like my down time. The air conditioning could use some maintenance. It wasn't very cool and not blowing very hard. I actually took the filter screens out and it worked better.

It was a wonderful stay!! Nice, clean, friendly Staff was very helpful, friendly. Room was roomy, clean, had refrigerator, microwave, TV on the wall. Sitting table. BUT THEM BEDS... GOOD LAWD, THEY WERE NOT COMFORTABLE!!! You can feel the springs in the bed. But I would Definitely stay again, just bring my bed topper. Loved the location, it's straight across from the Island. Restaurants on both sides. overall, great, location... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and Will book over and over here!!! Has a cool pool area for kids with a nice fun slide. Kids were really enjoying that.

THE HARD BEDS, you feel the springs in it, other than that, it was the PERFECT SPOT for our vacation!!!!!?

Was clean and friendly. Pool was awesome and everything you want to do is close by like just minutes

When we walked in the room the 1st thing we smelled was weed lol. But the room was very clean. The TV cabinet look liked the shelves were broken. Should be replaced but clean. Really need drink machines. Have to go to the office to get drinks at $2 a piece out of a cooler and they have to ring you up.

The lady that checked me in was so friendly, helpful, and so sweet! I think our experience was so much better just because of the fact that we were greeted like we were her long lost family she hadn’t seen in years and was welcoming us with open arms. I don’t think I got her name, but she was from Jamaica. She deserves a raise! She was just so precious and so sweet! Our room was clean, the bed was super comfy. I stayed there before any renovations were done, and it turned out so nice!

I think the only thing I would have a complaint about, was the trash truck running really early and waking me up- which is out of the hotels control.

The location was great. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I just wish they freshened our towels daily. We stayed 2 days and only had enough wash clothes for 1.

The air conditioner unit did not work. We didn't need air, but would have used the fan on the unit. We actually needed heat and the fire place was sufficient for that. I didn't like being near the ice maker. These are/ were a simple fix. I'll remember the next time we stay.

I like being right across from the island, the staff is very nice and the pool is great it has a slide for the kids to enjoy at the pool since the deepest is 5ft that was grest

Since some of the amenities were not available and you had to request housekeeping the price was a tad high, but I understand why they were not available due to covid. The beds are very firm and in my opinion uncomfortable, but if you like an extremely hard bed then you would like the beds. The location is right across from the Island and you can easily walk across the parkway. There are several things to do and many places to eat nearby as well as a grocery store.

Rooms were big and clean, walking distance to almost everything, pool was perfect most of the staff was great and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay 😁

Check in is at 4 I was informed that means you can check in at 4pm only if your room is ready they had only 1 of my 2 rooms cleaned by 430pm that had been booked for a month!! Then before leaving my credit card messaged me due to the being additional charges on my room outside of the cost that STAFF could not figure why or how took 5 days to refund, wouldn’t have noticed if my card didn’t inform me. So keep an eye on your credit card.
