Location is amazing. It was on the side of the road that is walking distance 1 block from the Island, and right next to comedy barn, Alcatraz museum, the track and pirates dinner show. It was so great to park and walk down the sidewalk to everything. Mel's diner is right across the street and Publix is also right across the street. I also really liked the room. It was so clean, and it had lots of room (we got the king room with the separate living room- room 508), and this was the only hotel that had an option to have a separate sitting area with it's own TV and living space. I really liked that design. It had great water pressure, the water got nice and hot, the room was newly renovated. There were absolutely no bugs at all. Everyday housekeeping came by and we got fresh towels, more toilet paper, and they offered cups, soap, and refills on the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. My husband commented that he really liked the smell of the shampoo. The refrigerator worked great and kept everything cold, and the air conditioning was also really cold and refreshing on a hot summer day. And the bed was really comfortable with 4 comfy pillows. If you plan to use the pull out sofa, bring your own sheets and quilt, because they do not give extra bedding in the room. Aesthetically, the elevator was missing a panel and needed to have the ceiling tiles replaced, but I can deal with a janky elevator for the price and quality of the room. I read a ton of reviews about different motels/hotels and compared prices, and I was very happy to have picked this one. I was pleasantly surprised. They also have fruit juice and coffee in the foyer fresh every day, with vanilla creamer or half and half, and they provide sugar free and regular sugar options, and fruit juice all day long. Pool also was very clean. Also was a nice quiet room, we had no disturbances at all! Also, the staff was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff there is absolutely amazing! We have stayed there both times and couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The rooms are extremely clean not to mention the view that you have looking out your door! We stayed in the three-room king and my children love it there because they have their own room with TVs in each.

we don't like there is only one elevator. you have to wait on the elevator for long period of time when there are numerous floors trying to get off. They also don't mop the floors, your kids will get extremely black while they are walking and playing on the ground.

the total experience was amazing for our trip. the rooms were very clean the views were very gorgeous and the staff was very helpful. we will definitely be back.

The room was perfect for us three adults two grandkids and had three separate bedrooms two kings and a queen, 2 refrigerators, and each room had its own TV. We had a few glitches the night we checked in. However, they were attended to quickly. Reggie and the lady who worked the night shift was very understanding and courteous. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will certainly be staying there again.

Really have no complaints the only thing that would make it complete would be breakfast bar. They are in the middle of renovations. But it did not affect our stay

The location was great. It is within walking distance of The Island and The Track ( mini golf, arcade, kiddie rides, etc) The 2 king beds in separate rooms were great and the room was very spacious and I loved the wood floors. The indoor pool was heated. Great place for families to stay.

The bathroom was small. I had to step into the shower just to open and close the door. They were doing some remodeling, so the small parking area was full of remodeling dumpsters and stuff, but they did offer additional parking across the road in the back.

Absolutely in the middle of everything you needed or wanted . Just a couple of minutes of walking to the Pirates Show and The Island . Very close to attractions and souvenir shops plus Publix across the street .

The beds were shaky when turning over, no ice buckets or a couch in the suite rooms. However , this is an hotel that is in the process of remolding the rooms (I believe) . Work out these very small issues and this hotel will be awesome for staying on vacation.

We had car trouble on our last day of our trip, and ended up having to find a place to stay an extra night. This was a wonderful option that gave me and my family 2 rooms for a wonderful price. The rooms were clean, tons of channels on the tv, walk in shower, and comfortable beds. Definitely a good deal. They also had a nice indoor pool (we seen but didn’t use due to the time of getting there). The staff are extremely nice also. Highly recommend this place.

location is absolutely great. Room was clean just a few things that needed to be updated or fixed example in my room the microwave was on top of the refrigerator and the coffee pot was on top of it. In my sisters room she had a little cabinet that was built around it all and made it look a lot nicer. My refrigerator was a little hard to open due to the door dragging on the floor as you opened it. We loved the way the shampoo , conditioner and body wash was in the shower ! would love to know what brand it was . We would love to purchase some of it. The bed was very comfortable as well.

room just needs a little update with the refrigerator area to make it a little nicer. And it would be nice to have a full size coffee pot as well. We brought our own due to we are big coffee drinkers.

We stayed in the Penthouse . Our stay was great. The bathrooms were beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and so nice to us. My grandbaby got sick through the night he vomited everywhere we had to get clean sheets bed covers and all. The stuff gave us what we needed plus extra towels etc.

The WiFi was awful but I think it was because we were on the top floor, maybe. From the bottom floor at the pool WiFi was great but not in our room.

The location was great. We had a room without windows which was great.It was perfect for sleeping in with no sun coming in and extra quiet. We stayed five nights and woke up well rested each day.It is located near many attractions that we walked to. There is also an all you can eat breakfast restaurant down the street. It is called Regan's Pancake House with quick seating and exceptional service.

They are still renovating ,which is not a bad thing. I like it when a location is improving.
