Crystal at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was extremely busy whenever I checked in and I needed to change rooms twice but despite how busy she was she helped me in the absolute best and most professional way possible. Im sure this also meant more work for her with me changing rooms but she was so friendly about it and acted as if she really cared. I was in town buying a house and will be staying here again whenever I come to town this week to close because of her friendliness. Thank you!

We were in Austin to attend the University of Texas football game. Hannah, the manager was very polite and helpful. She allowed us to check into the hotel early so that we could get ready and head to the game. Had not helped us, we would not have been able to drop off our belongings before going. I’m very appreciative of her staff for letting us in to the room early.

I liked that it was affordable and close to the Performing Arts Center, where we went to see a show. Also nice that there is a diner you can walk to for some good food. The room was as clean as it could be.

It was pretty run down. There was mold in the shower, stains on the walls, and rust on the metal appliances. Some of the outlets were too loose to hold our chargers.

The hospitality, and front office being courtesy at my request. I've been to your establishment and both time I have felt that staff deserves more than they get. I speak for all employees. I haven't had that kind of service even in a large corporation hotel in a long while. Thanks again to you staff and clean rooms

N/A if I'd say anything it be the parking to room...if your staying in a room and have parking outside your door that should be your parking. I seen alot of cars and not all to just one room.

i have stayed at this location a couple of times, the staff are always courteous and helpful, the check in/ out time is minimal. This is a nice and conveniently located place . I would stay here again and probably will next time i'm in town.

Everything met my expectations, but there was a couple arguing outside of my room and they cursed and slammed their door for several hours. I had a really important meeting the next morning and didn't appreciate that this went on. Maybe be more observant next time might help?

I loved the room it was in great condition. The front desk person jade was very informative and kind to me and my daughter. I will be going back to this specific location I'm pretty sure there is no other hotel that is warm and inviting love it and will be coming back with friends.

The only thing that would have made want to practically move in is if the cleaning staff didn't yell across the complex it actually abruptly woke me up and scared me.

Great value for money, rooms very big and beds super comfortable. Breakfast included. Staff lovely and helpful. I initially booked for 7 days but extended for 10. Great diner attached to motel as well. Shops in walking distance. Easy to access the rest of Austin.

Rooms are well soundproofed, couldn't hear the highway even though we were very close. Rooms are well updated and staff are friendly and were present whenever needed.

No ice bucket when we arrived in the room and no paper towels, though I got a ice bucket from the front desk and likely could have asked for napkins.

Didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect.

It could have been a little cleaner. The bed is the most important and it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a little dirty, easy to clean off. The toilet seat wasn't totally clean. Water didn't drain well in tub. Tub was rusty in one spot.

The staff was amazing! the ladies at the reg desk were super friendly and helpful! Beds were really comfy!

pool was closed, didn’t know that prior to booking. was one of the reasons I stayed there. didn’t realized how far it was from downtown, not walkable but still only a 8-9$ Uber so not too bad.
