I was travelling alone and checked in late in the evening after a long day of many complications. I was so thankful for the understanding of the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located and I enjoyed a run along the river, just a stones throw away from the hotel, during my stay in Austin. Thanks again and see you soon!

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, large, and spacious. The hotel was within 20-25 minute walking distance of everything. Including downtown Austin, West 6th Street, Rainey Street, and South Congress. The happy hour the hotel offered was really cool and the continental breakfast was AWESOME!

I wish the staff was more familiar with the area. None of the staff we asked was able to provide information or recommendations for places to go for music or to eat (they seemed young though). The water in my room did not get very hot in the bathroom sink or shower. There was a sofa bed that had a lot of crumbs and cups from previous stays under the it. It was pretty gross.

Very easy to locate and easy to get around by foot. Parking was great! All the staff from the front desk, cleaning, bar/restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were huge, comfortable and quiet in the bedroom.

Rooms are dated in decor, bathrooms were tight and shower floor was broken and patched up. Shower floor looked dirty but on closer inspection it was repaired and just looked dirty.

Room sizes are great and the Location is close to everything. The happy hour complimentary drinks and snacks are a nice touch. The hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes with biscuit) were very good as well as all of the other options available. The open dining area is very nice.

The water pressure from the sinks was extremely low and the bathroom sink would back up. The toilet pressure was also very low. It was hard to regulate the temperature in the room. It was either too hot or too cold. The parking at $33 night is a bit high.

The suit we stayed in was more spacious than expected. The complimentary beverage and snack time was astounding. The breakfast blew my mind.

I didn’t like that the park was off site. I saw elderly people struggling to get from the garage to the hotel itself.

We liked the breakfast, and the staff was very helpful during breakfast. Breakfast team was on it! We liked the Happy Hour at the hotel. We liked the location of the hotel. Room was very comfortable.

Our TV didn't have good reception, we had to report it. Staff member did come and fix it. Wish the pool was outdoors instead of indoors not enough sunbathing options. Internet was very slow.

The location couldn’t have been better. Close to downtown and the parks. We took a city bus from the airport $1.25 and walked the rest of the time. Breakfast was great and enjoyed happy hour. 👍🏻

Location is great, close to South Congress St stores and restaurants and walking distance from downtown. Rooms are big. Complimentary breakfast with a lot options and an omelet station. Delicious.

The rooms and restrooms need renovations, are old. In good conditions, but look old.

continental breakfast and omelette station was really nice. it is conveniently located near Palmer event center.

pull out couch was not very comfortable for sleeping and I wish the pool was warmer.

Thank you for The 2 welcome drinks, the atmosphere down there was fun. The Queso dip was amazing and the guy that accommodated chips with the dip went a step ahead. Thank you

I wish they delivery the food from the on-site restaurant to the room as I had lo leave my kids alone to go get it, it was a short time but I still didn't feel comfortable doing that
