The rooms were large and the location right off Rainey street was great! and a great value to boot!

There were a couple of times that I had to go find my truck that had been valeted to grab something out of it and both times my truck was sitting in the parking garage unlocked. That really bothered me.

Breakfast was fine but unremarkable. Very clean and very fresh but basic. I think tortillas with breakfast or maybe grab and go burrito's would be a nice addition. Loved, loved, loved the ceiling fan over the bed. I retrospect, why don't all hotels have them?? Backs right up to Rainey Street and Bangers across the alley. However, it this time it's all mud and construction.

Lots and lots and lots of construction activity surrounding the area. At least three and perhaps four high-rises going up with a block or two (I believe there were two adjacent to the hotel). The noise isn't bad because we weren't there during the day and it's pretty well insulated.

The room was perfect - very spacious with a great kitchen, clean and modern. Walking distance to downtown and major attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The entire surroundings of the hotel are now under construction, it's noisy from the early hours of the morning and cranes are over your head while sitting by the pool. The location is great, very close to Rainey St and that is both for and against. At night you can hear very loud music in the room and it's really hard to fall asleep, especially when traveling with children.

Breakfast was outstanding, a very good selection and staff was on hand at all times to assist. The lobby and staff were very welcoming, since it was on the cool side there was a fireplace with the fire going.

Due to construction it wasn't easy to access.

Very clean throughout the facility. The room was very large with full functional kitchen including full sized refrigerator. Super friendly staff located next to very fun party street.

As always, the added parking fee. It’s downtown Austin but still steep.There was some music quite late but very muffled.

I liked a lot the room view because we can see the river and bridges, the breakfast was good also and the cafeteria big enough.

The first time in a Hotel that I need to pay for a car parking lot and very expensive. Also the four days never appears the clean room personnel, never take the room trash never clean the room, I told them in reception they mentioned we need to "program" their visit...UNBELIEVE !

Delicious buffet breakfast. Location , superb. A two minute walk to Rainey Street.

The construction all around the hotel was very noisy and dusty, especially around the pool area.

The location is pretty good but you probably want to leave your car parked in the garage and walk or Uber. Parking in this area is difficult and expensive. We liked the pool deck and the rooms are good.

I thought the rooms were overpriced and there were no sheets for the sofa bed, (we had small children with us.) Breakfast was meh.

Clean, big, all things provided and the kitchen with everything.

AC started to had a loud buzzing sound after around 7 pm; I tried to turn it off, but it didn't work... I told the front desk, but they said it could only fix the next day after the maintenance worker at work... The location is right next to Rainy St so that you could hear the DJ music all night... I didn’t sleep well, but glad the kids slept ok with no affected.

not given a heads up about the lack of personal parking and thought if we chose to park at the hotel, we had to pay for a valet service.
