The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast was excellent. The interior is excellent since the remodel. Right next to the convention center. On-property Starbucks.

Hard to get a good seal on the shower curtain so water was often on the floor after a shower. The provided wall mount shampoo conditioner and bodywash are almost impossible to read which is which. I'll blame that on the provider for not using contrasting ink. Those are my only two, very minor beefs. Champions Sports Bar, the on-property restaurant is closed for remodeling. However I didn't see any evidence of any remodeling going on. such a shame .

breakfast should be free at that room rate. Web said rooftop area which was not available. Room was dark. Too dark for doing zoom. optional cleaning was annoying only because had to call to get room clean. Should have something you can hang on the door when you want it cleaned. Not getting credit for stay because I booked through third party sucks.

I liked the service I received from the front desk and how seamless checking in and checking out was. All staff I interacted with were really nice and professional.

There really wasn't much that I didn't like. One thing I believe can be improved is if the cleaners are quieter in the hallways when talking to each other. At times it sounded like they were talking to each other from the other end of the hallway.

Very nice rooms for the price/value. Great right downtown location within walking dsistance to pretty much everything. Good views if you're higher up floor wise.

Valet only facility @49$. Left a couple hours before checkout on a sunday and did the "check in" thing to have my car ready ~20mins before checking out. Took ~1hr to get my car and go. Not a good deal if you have a flight or something.

Loved the location. Good walking distance to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff and good parking.

Room was dark. Hard trying to find the light on bedside lamps. Bathroom wall need to be wiped down and paint touched up a loose bit.

Perfect location. The walk to the middle of 6th Street takes less 5-8 minutes from the door to the door of one of the bars.

The parking fee of $52 was not told to us until the day before our stay. No issue with paying for premium valet in the middle of the city but it should have been communicated at the time of reservation.

Staff was exceptional, a young lady named "Promise" listened to our concerns & accommodated us beyond our expectations. She checked us in and out of hotel.

Conveniently located. Close to sixth street and other downtown spots.Nice gym with pool. Friendly staff.

No free coffee in the lobby (likely because of Starbucks in hotel).

proximity, room and service. The room was very spacious with modern decor. The hotel was always clean and the staff was always ready to help.

honestly, loved everything about the property. Been traveling to Austin for work for years and this will be my new go to hotel for business travel.

I have to brag on the valet team and the manager, they were so helpful when we really needed it and smoothed things over and really went out of the way to help. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay.

My only complaint is that the hot water didn't last very long and the parking situation can be a little confusing for this area.
