The room had a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The location was perfect for the reason we were there. It was walking distance to the venue for the concert we were attending, and super close to 6th street. We did not eat breakfast there, but we did have late night snacks at the restaurant downstairs which was delicious!

Nothing - it was wonderful! I will stay here again when I come to Austin and need to be in the downtown area! It was a great place to stay.

The property is beautiful and we had an excellent stay. The lovely woman at the front desk gave us a really high floor level room and we had some great views. The pool location on the rooftop was really cool but it was packed when we went. Not anybody’s fault though, it’s a great spot! Staff was very friendly, location is close to lots of restaurants and 6th street. Price was a little high but everything in Austin is!

Key to first room did not work. Back for another room. Sick in second room stuck in closed position.f Housekeeping fixed. No housekeeping while we stayed in room only on departure. Parking car overnight was $37. quite high

The location.

There was several miscommunications with my room. The door didn’t close properly, plus there was soap scum from whoever was there prior. I called front desk for assistance in possibly relocating rooms the person whom I spoke with was very short on listening to the scenario and was not helpful. Guest service was knocking several times throughout the day between 7am and 5pm despite I NEVER asked for room service. Front desk called us Monday morning asking why we where there as if I was invading the room for which I paid for. I’m very disappointed. Hilton was NEVER my first choice. I only stayed there because my job covered Saturday so then I decided to pay for Sunday. I won’t be recommending Hilton to anyone anytime soon.

The location of the hotel was perfect, I was visiting for work at UT Austin which was close by. The hotel was also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. One staff member even gave me a water bottle when I asked where to purchase one nearby.

The whole reason I stayed was to use the sauna so was grateful to catch it before it was closed for repair. Location was cool. Cool there was a Starbucks although they didn’t do refills at that one. 😂

The Starbucks didn’t do refills. The sauna was closed the next day. Wasn’t anything else I didnt like l. I don’t like that o have to keep writing til it’s green.

The location was great, it was exactly where we needed to be for the conference we were going to, and being down town gave us lots of options for activities and food.

The bathroom tub didn’t drain very well, and had some hair come up from it while you showered.

i loved the convenience. It also has a bar, a a Starbucks in the lobby, a breakfast taco place & an atm. the front desk even suggested the best bbq which was a few steps away.

i didn’t like the noise of the other room, donthe walls may not be sound proof. however, when i reported, the staff informed the party right away & the noise stopped.

I liked Jake. He was the best employee! And I liked the proximity to things. It’s pricey and every little thing costs money. BUT that’s to be expected. Oh, and the rooftop pool and bar were cool!

The price of parking and for drinks.

great customer service at front desk, bell man, and at the taco restaurant and bar. they were out of two queen rooms when we checked in since it was a sold out weekend so they upgraded us to a two room suite. my teen daughter slept on roll away beds which were the size of twin beds and so comfortable for a roll away. so appreciative that they made things right when they didn’t have the room we originally booked.
