Staff was professional and prompt in all of our interactions. Our suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an American chain hotel. Waitstaff in the restaurant was excellent. If you are flying American Airlines it is convenient to use this hotel as you can enter airport security directly on the level below the hotel.

Quite a drive using the shuttle service at night. No clear directive on how to arrive to the hotel using the shuttle or SkyLink tram service.

Everything was clean, the room was very comfortable, bed was awesome! check in was quick and staff was friendly. The restaurant was a great place to unwind.

I’m only saying this for full disclosure, it’s a pricey stay. We also understand that convenience comes with a price tag. Considering that we had to catch a 14 hour flight to Dubai the next day made it worth the money!

The beds are extremely comfortable. They had a portable crib for baby and toiletries. Water was given at check-in and is right inside the terminal near TSA. It's worth the money when traveling with baby. It dimished the stress and hassle of getting to the airport after a long night traveling. The restaurant inside the hotel was ok with a few vegan options .

Because of the location, I really couldn't see myself using any of the amenities such as the pool or gym. No food delivery (uber eats, grĺpuhub, door dash) is provided in this hotel, making it a bit of an Airport food trap. Room service is limited after 10 pm, and our flight arrived after that time, and no food was available.

The staff was very professional from the very first contact. This is an airport hotel, where you arrive between flights. We had been awake since 4 AM and arriving there at 3 PM was heaven sent. The personnel at the counter acted as if they were expecting us exclusively, they handed bottled water to all family members, had our keys ready, knew our credit card was already on record. This all may seem minor, but we have had experiences at other hotels where the people behind the counter acted as if we did not even have a reservation, had to look everything up while we were waiting. At the DFW Grand Hyatt, the reception was the best, it is clear the management places a lot of emphasis on training and the value of the first contact. We arrived tired, our room and keys were ready, we were hungry and the bar had some of the best hamburger and wraps (impressive). After a nap, we went to the top and used the swimming pool and exercise room. Even the shower area at the gym was perfect, stocked with good quality personal hygiene products. We became hungry at 9 PM and the room service was prompt and the food was excellent. Had one of the best chocolate turtle cakes ever.

Everything was perfect.

Bed was supremely comfortable. Room was quiet and designed for relaxation. The bath and amenities were luxurious. The staff - from check in to restaurant to check out were awesome. Instead of worrying about a connection, we chose to relax, fly, stay and leave the next day, from a hotel within steps of the security gates. Why stress?

Liked the comfortable bed the most. American Airlines Flight was cancelled from London, we were re routed so only managed a very late check in, after 1 a.m in the morning....no chance to enjoy the dining. Had a shower, 3 hours of sleep and went to catch our next flight.

Having to go outside baggage claim to catch a shuttle very late at night to get to the hotel. Would be nice to access it from inside the airport. Shower did not drain well.

We arrived 3 hours before check-in, after an early flight and were pleasantly surprised to be told our room was ready. The location was perfect for our long layover. Runway view room was a dream come true for our kids. Well insulted from the sounds you would expect.

My only complaints would be about how time consuming it is to navigate between terminals at DFW. that being said, all transportation options are close at hand right outside this hotel.

We missed our flight so had to stay the night in Dallas-super convenient-just ride the skylink to the terminal. Very comfortable beds,super clean, loved the bathrobes. Very friendly staff. We had excellent cocktails in the hotel bar. Very close to security checkpoint, we were at our gate within 10 min of checking out of hotel.

Incredible location if you have an unplanned overnight layover at DFW. The breakfast sandwich from room service at 12:30am was amazing. Super responsive and quality staff.

It's pretty pricey, but again, the location can't be beat.

Excellent location for layover, by elevator directly into hotel lobby from terminal. We arrived in the evening, staff at the reception was fast to give us rooms, offered tea and coffee machine to the room. While leaving you can grab coffee, tea or water to go.

We had room with 2 double beds and it was quite filled. I did not get reply from hotel while asking twice about the transport from the airport to hotel which stressed me out. I didn't get that it is directly at the airport. :-)
