The breakfast was great. I enjoy the variety of things served. The room was spacious and it was very clean. The hotel was in great location. Many stores and place to eat etc.

There wasn't any biscuits for the gravy. The water didn't get very hot. I also didn't like the idea of paying 25.00 for early check in and it was about 1:00 p,m. It could have been waived. I've been too other hotels that waives it if you arrive by noon or later.

I enjoyed the breakfast. There were many food items to choose from. The area was very clean, and the coffee was great. I also love the apple juice. I love the location. It was near a Wal-Mart and HEB.

I didn't like that I had to pay $25.00 for a early check in as well as a $25.00 for a deposit. As well as the room was more than what I was told through Booking. com They didn't honor that price.

Everything was just right for my Valentine's Day weekend

What I didn't like was that our TV didn't work in the first room so we was moved to the next room and the TV worked but then on Sunday when we returned to watch the game the channels wouldn't play that was so awkward but overall it was a good stay and also that young man should be ashamed of himself about that burnt up bacon they fixed on Monday morning have a blessed day

I can't say enough about the friendly staff. The smiling faces, willing to answer questions we had, going above and beyond was so amazing. The breakfast was really good as well. Also the location is perfect. Having an HEB, other stores, fishing areas close by and the beach not too much of a drive it was a perfect location for our trip.

It was a bit slippery by the pool which is to be expected but it was like the drain for the water to go into wasn't working right. Also the pillows were flat so maybe so newer pillows.

Like the handicapable restrooms in the room that we booked. Like the waffles and coffee in breakfast but didn't like the no sugar free options, also the in door pool.

Didn't like that we came in over an hour of from or check-in time and room was not clean yet, so we had to wait for it to be clean.

Everything was exceptional and amazing. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff was amazing and helpful. The room was so comfortable and just amazing.

Theres not much that i did not like or enjoy about the stay everything was super amazing and enjoyable

The cable went out for the SUPERBOWL!!! WHAT A BUMMER! called front desk and was told it wasn't on their end... and the pool heater needs to be repaired..was exited about the pool to find out it was ice cold!!!

the front desk clerk. college student who talked to me about moving to Ohio was so great. he handled calls and guests in a wonderful and professional manner.

the giant roach who stayed the night on our restroom ceiling and stepping on a suspicious wet spot on the floor in the bedroom entrance on the carpet. lobby and an outdated and creepy vibe.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Location was great for my needs. Dining was within walking distance.

Covid has become a standard excuse for lack of services. The pool was closed due to covid but the fitness center was open. No maid services and no continental breakfast as advertised on booking sites. Governor Abbott opened up the state but businesses have found that they can limit the services and save money without reducing the cost to the customer's. Very disappointed on that aspect.

The beds were very comfortable. The room smelled fresh. The breakfast was good. The ac worked good.

The bathrooms tub is very outdated . They looked dirty, but it could be that their old, I think it needs to be converted into a shower stall.
